Pet care experience
Experienced med student & pet lover
**I specialize in multi-pet households. In 2026 I will return to my preference for extended stays and repeat client relationships. It’s easiest on your animals if they know and like their sitter. References available upon request.** I grew up with dogs and cats and have always been that person at the party that spends the whole time on the floor with them. I’m a proud pom-mom but I’ve always connected with big dogs! I am a do-it-yourself type and have trained family and friends’ dogs, big and small. I have a big place in my heart for senior dogs and raised my own pomeranian since puppyhood. I know how much work goes into maintaining a healthy coat and nails and do all my dog’s grooming (which for poms is a lot). Although I’m a cancer-researcher-turned-MD-student now, I spent some time in college working at Petco. Nothing brings me more joy than pets!

Hannah did a great job! Kept my cats well fed and gave them a lot of attention and gave frequent updates. Would definitely book with her again.

Great communication, professional, punctual. Kitties had a couple little accidents and it was all cleaned up when we got back and they seemed happy!

Mushka had an amazing stay with Hannah and her pup Piper! Hannah is caring and knows all the Pomeranian antics inside and out :) We will definitely try to book her for our next vacation!
Hannah was amazing with our cats. Our trip was unplanned due to a death in the family and we had recently rescued a second adult cat. Hannah made our trip so much more bearable knowing they were in good hands.

Hannah is amazing— she watched our puppy who had just been spayed four days prior at our home when we had to go out to a work function. She definitely kept Koa calm and chill while Koa was in her cone! Koa definitely took to Hannah straight away - climbing into her lap and loving all the cuddles. Hannah is trustworthy and has great communication! She kept us updated during the night how things were going, which we really appreciated!

Hannah is the best!

I have required classes and clinical hours but I spend a LOT of time studying at home and prefer to do it with creatures around :)

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
I try to stay active every day. I started walking and running dogs during the pandemic every weekday for several months and really enjoyed getting to know them and my community. It also gives me a chance to check on my neighbors’ homes, which has saved the day a couple of times while they have been away at work (e.g. when the stove was left on). Occasionally and only when appropriate, I’ll bring my much smaller dog along. I always make sure that the walk accomplishes all needed goals and that the dog has enough food and water for the remainder of the day. I am comfortable walking up to three dogs at once, depending on their level of leash etiquette.

A typical day
There is no typical day—every day is tailored to your pet. On a walk, we will work on leash etiquette and secure attachment to the walker. Clear commands with congruent body language and a focus on comfort and fun are the name of the game.
