I work from home as a writer so I’m almost always available, from weekdays to holidays! I usually take a stroll with my dog Grizzly down to the park for about 30 minutes a day, though I’m happy to walk YOUR doggo multiple times a day and for however long specified! Every dog is different and I’m here to accommodate their individual needs.

I have a fully fenced back yard and one older dog who’s very used to being surrounded by other dogs from when he was in foster care. He is good with puppies, cats, and everything in between! I’m happy to abide by whatever protocol that works best for your animals; whether that be walking them separately, keeping them in their crate at night or letting them sleep on the bed with me, brushing them every day, and/or giving them any required medications at the appropriate times.

Information Hannah H. would like to know about your pet
I always ask about allergies and medications first off. I also like to know if they tend to chew, and if they’re reactive to anything in particular. I tend to only board animals from one household at a time. I always seek the owner’s permission to commingle and that’s only if all animals are known to be sociable. It’s also important to know what kind of discipline/training/specific commands are acceptable to employ.
A typical day
I live in a cute, quiet little neighborhood with a couple parks within walking distance. There’s also a dog park close by if your dog likes to socialize. I have a plethora of dog toys and a big back yard to play fetch in. Grizzly and I enjoy Sunday drives and time spent at the nearby lakes looking for the perfect throwing stick, and your pups are welcome to join in the fun!

Pet care experience
I went on my first paid dog walk when I was just 10 years old and have been professionally caring for animals ever since. From big, stubborn dogs that pull, to little old grumpy dogs that just want to nap. Animals have always loved me as much as I’ve loved them and eventually this got me a full time job working for a dog wash where I would do nail trims and sometimes help bathe the dogs, as well. I’ve house sat everything from birds to horses. I’ve pretty much seen it all, done it all, and I’m happy to help loving pet owners get their dogs out on walks or provide them with some love and stability while their owners are away on vacation. I’m also happy to do nail trims and/or bathing for an extra charge. I am available during the holidays! Please message me any time for more info and ask about my promo code! Thanks for checking out my profile :)

Hannah was so great with Moose! Had to do a very last minute booking and she was so kind and helpful. She sent plenty of photos and I could tell Moose had the best time, he was worn out when he got back! Would happily book with Hannah again!

Hannah was negligent with my animals and home. This was the third time I booked with her - the first was great and she was attentive and asked questions when she didn’t know things. The second time was mid, she left some weird stuff like food in the microwave but was overall fine, average. This was the third time and I would never hire again. I came home to spilled drinks in her room and boiled-over burnt rice on the stove. Hannah was informed that the dogs can reach things on the tables and counters, despite this knowledge she left her iPad out and my dog chewed it, cracking the screen. She decided to punish my dog by crating her for hours when she left, she did this in an X-Pen which is not safe for crating and easily toppled by my 85 lb dog. My dog is not crate trained and Hannah was never instructed to do so. When we came home from our trip our dog was so excited she toppled the x-pen and her collar got caught, she started choking and we had to rush to unhook her. The day we came home she had been crated for 6 hours. If she had decided to jump the x-pen I could have come home to a dead dog. She also overfed my aquarium so badly that the fish had to be removed and the water changed over 5 times, and she failed to notice that the filter stopped running. If she can’t even watch a pot of rice, she can’t watch your home. Despite all this, I still paid for her cracked screen even though it is her liability. I would not recommend.

Hannah took amazing care of our fur-babies while we were in Cancun. From the start, she was thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely caring. She sent frequent updates that gave us so much peace of mind and it was clear she was really paying attention to each of their needs. What stood out most was how patient and respectful she was with them. She gave them the time and space they needed to adjust rather than pushing them into situations that made them uncomfortable. That level of understanding and empathy means everything when you are trusting someone with your pets. We came home to happy, relaxed animals and a well cared for home. We would absolutely trust Hannah again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter who truly treats your pets like her own.
