I work as a Research Associate in a lab at CU-Boulder, because of this I have a very flexible schedule. My schedule allows me to take on additional responsibilities and hobbies. Additionally, I have the opportunity to work from home some days which allows me to easily fit pet care into both my daily and weekly routine. While I do work during the week, my schedule still enables me to fit pet care into it to ensure that your furry friend is never alone for extended periods of time. During the weekends I enjoy hiking and being adventurous. Because of this I can easily rework any plans to include your pets health and care!

I can take care of your furry friend either in your home or mine whichever is more comfortable for you. If you choose the latter, I have a fenced in back yard and a 4 year old black lab that is extremely friendly. I will ensure your furry friend gets the best care with all the pets and whatever else they may need. If I care for your pet in your own home I like to ensure I leave you home in better condition than when I arrived. Additionally, I like to ensure your pet feels very comfortable and happy while you're away. I am more than happy to take your pets on walks, play with them, and care for them in any capacity and to my best ability. I understand trusting someone with your beloved pet can be difficult while you're away, so I always send many pictures and videos so that you know that your pet is being cared for in the best way possible!

I like to know if there are any medications or specific training requests that I should follow. I have cared for service dogs in training so I understand that I must follow specific training rules for them. Additionally, I like to understand some of the dogs behavior beforehand, like if they are hesitant around other animals, or if they get anxious. I like to be informed of these so that I can ensure the best possible care for your pet.
A typical day
I love to ensure that your pet is both physically and mentally stimulated. With this in mind I enjoy taking them for walks, playing fetch with them, or just playing with them in general. Additionally, any recommendations you have on how I can keep them engaged and any fun activities they would enjoy, I will be more than happy to do!

Pet care experience
I recently graduated with my Master's from CSU and have moved to Boulder to start a new job. I hope to continue caring for all pets and furry friends while I am here. I have been caring for pets ever since I was in Highschool and have continued to do so throughout each adventure of my life. I have always loved animals which is why I enjoy caring for them. I have a dog myself so I understand how hard it can be to leave them while away and how difficult it can be to find someone who treats your furry friends with the same love as you do. I strive to make each furry friend feel just as loved and give them just as much attention- if not more- as you do while you're away.

This is our 2nd time having Hannah take care of our 2 dogs while we are traveling & we highly recommend her! She is a great communicator, sends lots of pictures and takes great care of our pups.
