Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I work remotely and structure my schedule around the pets’ needs. I’m able to provide consistent walks, feedings, medication if needed, and lots of playtime and affection throughout the day. Since I'm home most of the time, pets get plenty of attention and companionship, keeping their routines as normal and comforting as possible. My flexibility means I can adjust easily to each pet’s specific habits, energy levels, and care plans.

When caring for pets in a client's home, I prioritize keeping their routines and environment as consistent and stress-free as possible. I follow the family's care instructions closely — whether that’s walking times, feeding schedules, administering medications, or favorite play activities. I keep the home clean and organized, bring my own supplies when needed, and make sure everything is left even better than I found it. Most importantly, I provide plenty of companionship, exercise, and affection to make sure every pet feels safe, happy, and loved while their family is away.

A typical day
I love keeping pets engaged and happy, so I try to tailor activities to their energy levels and personalities. For dogs, that might mean long walks, playtime in the yard, or a game of fetch or tug-of-war. If they enjoy learning, I’ll mix in simple training games or enrichment toys. For cats, I like using feather wands, laser pointers, or treat puzzles to get them moving. I also make sure we get plenty of cuddle time (if they’re into that!) and I’m always snapping cute photos to share with their owners.

The more I know upfront, the better I can make sure they feel safe, happy, and at home while you’re away.
