Your dog's new best friends!
Hi there! I'm Hannah, and I'd love to care for your dog while you're away. Dogs have been a huge part of my life from the very beginning. I grew up in a home full of dogs and have been a dog owner throughout my adult life. While I'm new to Rover, I'm certainly not new to caring for dogs. Over the years, I've looked after dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities for family and friends, and I understand the responsibility and trust that comes with caring for someone else's beloved pet. My husband, Edward (verified on Rover), and I currently share our home with our wonderful 5-year-old Goldendoodle, Gigi. Gigi is gentle, friendly, playful, and loves the company of other dogs. We'd love to add another dog to our family one day, but since we're not quite ready to commit to a second dog full-time, we enjoy welcoming furry guests into our home and giving them the same love and attention we give Gigi. We're lucky to live close to plenty of open fields, walking trails, and a beautiful river, giving dogs lots of opportunities to explore, play, sniff, and enjoy the outdoors. Whether your pup loves long walks, a game of fetch, or simply relaxing at home, we'll make sure they feel happy, safe, and cared for. I understand how important it is to find someone you trust with your beloved pet. That's why I'm always happy to arrange a meet-and-greet beforehand so you, your dog, and Gigi can get to know one another and make sure everyone feels comfortable and it's a good fit. I work locally in a nursery, and Edward works from home one day each week. After work, Gigi and I are usually out on a walk, run, or throwing a ball around in the fields. Weekends are all about spending time outdoors and taking Gigi on adventures, and we'd love for your dog to join us. Every dog is unique, and I want them to feel as settled as possible during their stay. Please let me know about any routines, rules, commands, or special requirements you'd like us to maintain so we can keep things as consistent as possible for your pup. Hannah is very communicative, very friendly, and my pup was in such good hands with her! I would definitely use her again to watch my dog. She’s a pet owner too, which I think helps her understand any concerns or special requests I had.

Schedule
Pet care fits very naturally into our daily routine. My husband, Edward (Verified on Rover) also works from home one day each week, so there is additional flexibility and company for any dogs staying with us. I'm home from work in the early evenings, and that's usually when Gigi and I head out for a long walk, run, or play session. Your dog would be included in these activities, tailored to their energy level and needs. Weekends are when we spend most of our time outdoors exploring local trails, fields, and riverside walks. Dogs staying with us become part of the family and join us on our adventures, as well as enjoying plenty of downtime, cuddles, and attention at home.

Safety, trust & environment
Your dog's safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. In my home, dogs are treated like part of the family. They will have plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and supervision throughout their stay. I take time to learn each dog's routine, personality, and any specific needs so I can provide a consistent and comfortable environment. Our home is clean, calm, and dog-friendly, and we have a well-socialized Goldendoodle, Gigi, who is gentle and enjoys the company of other dogs. I always recommend a meet-and-greet beforehand to make sure everyone is comfortable and gets along well. I follow owners' instructions closely, including feeding schedules, exercise requirements, medication, training commands, and household rules. Whether your dog is allowed on the furniture, sleeps in a crate, or has particular routines, I'm happy to maintain those habits during their stay. Dogs will receive regular walks and outdoor time, with access to nearby fields, trails, and green spaces. I'll also provide plenty of playtime, enrichment, and cuddles, depending on what your dog enjoys most. I know how important peace of mind is when you're away from your pet, so I'll provide regular updates, photos, and messages throughout their stay so you can see how they're getting on and enjoy your time away knowing they're being well cared for.

A typical day
We'll go for lots of walks by the river, out in open fields where your dog can run around safely, explore all the new smells in my local area, and your dog will accompany us on the weekends to our local pub. Your dog will become apart of our routine and family.
