Great updates

Did an amazing job. Kept me updated with pictures the whole time and even cleaned the house before she left!

After the Meet and Greet, we were so excited to have Hannah babysit/house sit with our 2 fur babies. We were leaving for a week’s vacation in Orlando with the entire family including our sons , daughter-in-laws, and grandchildren. On October 6th, we were packed, ready to go as soon as Hannah got to the house. We waited and waited. After an hour I texted and called her to see if she was still coming. She texted the night before saying she was excited about keeping our dogs, so I was concerned that something was wrong. For the next hour, Rover customer service tried to reach Hannah, but still no response. Finally, after waiting with no word for 2 hours, her boyfriend called and said that Hannah was ill and that he was sorry for not letting us know sooner. You can imagine my panic. My sons and their families were depending on us to be at the hotel around 3:00 to checkin. All the rooms were booked in our name, so they could not get into their rooms until we arrived, and now we were two hours behind AND HAD NO DOG SITTER! In a panic, I called Rover and they offered to LOOK for a replacement, but I would need to have a Meet and Greet before securing. SERIOUSLY! In a panic, I called my best friend and she was willing to leave her family and stay with my dogs . I was so appreciative, for she saved our family vacation. I wish I could rate Hannah higher. This is not personal; it’s business. I feel she was extremely irresponsible for not showing up , not responding to our texts and calls, or at least letting us know the night before. Her actions put my entire family in a panic. I feel a responsible person would have contacted us and offered to be part of the solution, rather than ignore and feel no remorse or accountability. This was our first time using Rover, and it will certainly be our last.

Hannah did an amazing job with our big dog! She came as scheduled and really spent time with our dog, not just rushing through. Will definitely use again!!

Hannah was great, we did a meet and greet the week before and went through the routine. My dogs really liked Hannah and I was happy they felt comfortable with her. While I was away she sent photos of my dogs and kept me updated on how they were doing. My little one does not like fireworks and I was grateful to have her keeping a close eye on him. I would recommend Hannah to anyone and I would work with her again. Thanks Hannah for helping out on the 4th of July weekend!

Not pleased with coming home to chewed up lulu lemon shoes and 3 piles of pee on the lfoor and pee on the couch. Will not have Hannah back over to watch Leeroy at all.
