Pet care experience
Growing up, I’ve always had a pet in the home, whether that was a dog, a cat, or even hedgehogs! I have pet sitted for many family members, friends, and colleagues, so I have a lot of experience and diversity with the animals I’ve taken care of over my lifetime.
Reviews

Hannah, did a great job. She sent regular updates including daily pics and our pets were well taken care of. With 3 big dogs and 2 cats, they can be handful, but we came home to no issues or concerns.

Hannah was amazing. She took great care of my dog. Communication was great. My dog was so spoiled. I will definitely consider her for the future.
Hannah was absolutely amazing at taking care of my beagle Snoopy. She tended to all his needs and provided me daily pictures. He was spoiled and I had no worries about his care. I will definitely use Hannah again, and you should too!

I took my two boys to Hannah for a couple of days of daycare. There was very little communication or pictures, and no confirmation of them ever being walked. When I arrived to pick the boys up after the second day of daycare, TJ was bleeding profusely from a wound to the left side of his face. Hannah had NO explanation at all for how it possibly could have happened, when it happened, and didn't say anything to me about it until I arrived to pick them up. I had to rush TJ to the Urgent Care that evening, where it was revealed that he had a 1.5 inch-deep puncture wound just below his eye (most likely from a dog bite. He had to have emergency surgery to suture and stitch the wound, costing $1,000. I was very hurt and disappointed when Hannah refused to take any responsibility or reimburse me for even a small fraction of the costs, even stopping communication altogether. Hannah is a nice girl, and I don't feel happy about leaving this review; however, in my opinion, this whole experience has been such a violation of what any caregiver should stand for that I feel I have to share this experience; As a pet parent, I know that I would hope someone else would share this kind of experience for the benefit of others.
