I’m a freelance marketer so I work from anywhere. I have a completely flexible schedule apart from a couple of online client meetings on a Monday. I am able to let a dog/cat out / feed animals whenever is required. I would ensure any pet is tended to at least every hour.

Dog skills
Safety, trust & environment
I will adapt to each animals routine, making sure they feel completely comfortable around me. I will listen and adhere to any boundaries you have with your pet, ensuring a smooth transition between yourself and my services.
Information Hannah B. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know of any specific needs your dog has ahead of time whether this be medication or behavioural concerns. I do need to know if your dog is reactive to other dogs/people before booking so I can keep your dog as safe as possible and can cater my walks to quieter places. I would also like to know their mannerisms for example if they do not like people going near them while eating etc, to keep myself as safe as possible and give your dog a calm and fun time!
A typical day
A typical day when I take care of dogs will be an early morning walk in your local area. I am careful and considerate of your dog, other people’s pet and livestock. After a morning walk I will come home for breakfast, then start my day job, any dogs will then have some time to settle after their walk. Depending on energy levels I will then do a mid-morning play with them in the garden, followed by some more time to settle. I will then have some time in the afternoon for some more mental stimulation (games, another short walk). In the evening I will then take them out again or play with them. When we are back home I will give them time to cool off / settle down before dinner time and some well deserved rest in the evening! Any dogs I take care of have the opportunity to go out for the toilet at least every hour. If looking after a cat, I can be as flexible as possible with playtime, stimulation, outside time and lots of love and fuss!

Pet care experience
My family have had dogs ever since I was born, i have always bonded well with dogs and loved having a pal to go walking or running with. My dog in my family home has been an excellent companian and I miss having a furry friend around! I feel that I am confident with a range of dog breeds, I am affectionate but also know how to be firm and set boundaries. I love to give a dog plenty of play and exercise on walks. I am a firm believer in keeping inside the house a calm environment for pets to settle and ensure that this is paired with lots of garden playtime and exploring on walks.

Reviews
Hannah looked after my dog Milo for a week while I was away. Milo is a very energetic dog and Hannah was able to attend to his needs and keep him well exercised. Hannah let me know how Milo was getting on while I was away and kept me updated. Hannah is well experienced and understands dogs of different breeds, I would highly recommend her!
Hannah is a dog lover who has grown up with them. Hannah enjoys playing and walking dogs, she has also learned various training techniques to help with behaviour ensuring the dog is both happy and safe. Hannah has cared for my bouncy border collie, Luna, who has loved her time with her. Hannah is calm and consistent as well as enjoying the company of a dog, she is also very organised and reliable, I highly recommended her, as does Luna!
Hannah is a very caring and considerate sitter. She’s looked after our Luna really well with lots of walks to match her energy needs. We had lots of pup dates and communication during Luna’s stay. I would highly recommend 🐶❤️🙌
Hannah has been a close friend of mine for over 10 years, we’ve both had dogs in our families and whilst growing up we would regularly take our dogs out on long walks together. Hannah has always had a keen interest in animal care and coming from a background of having boarder collies in her family she was always super knowledgeable about dog training and helped me massively with the training of my puppy - Daisy. Hannah has recently looked after Daisy for me whilst I went away for a long weekend, Hannah has always been very responsible and before I dropped Daisy off she took the time to learn about Daisy’s needs and daily routines to make sure she felt as comfortable as possible. Hannah kept me updated with regular updates and photos of Daisy whilst I was away which was really lovely and made my holiday much less stressful knowing my dog was happy and content. I would wholeheartedly recommend Hannah for any dog sitting opportunities! lol
