Since I’m new to the area and don’t have a set work or school schedule, I have a lot of flexibility to dedicate time and attention to pets. I can easily fit walks, visits, or overnight stays into my day, and I’m available for last-minute needs or special care routines. My schedule allows me to give each pet consistent, calm, and attentive care whenever they need it.

I love knowing as much as possible about a pet before we hang out. Things like their daily routine, feeding schedule, favorite toys, walking style (speed racer vs. professional sniffer), and any quirks or fears are super helpful. I also like to know about medical needs, medications, allergies, and emergency vet info just in case. Bonus points for knowing what makes them happiest, what absolutely does not pass the vibe check, and whether they’re more of a cuddle bug or an independent soul. The more I know ahead of time, the better I can make sure your pet feels safe, comfy, and very well loved.
A typical day
A typical day with me looks like this: wake up, immediate pet check-in (very important), breakfast time, potty breaks, and a walk or zoomie-approved play session to start the day off right. Throughout the day, pets get lots of attention, exercise, and enrichment, which might include walks, fetch, tug-of-war, puzzle toys, training games, dramatic conversations, and general hanging out. Cats can expect wand toys, laser chases, window surveillance, respectful admiration, and quality nap supervision. Evenings mean dinner, one last walk or play burst, and then calm cuddle time so everyone can relax and feel safe. I stick to your pet’s routine, but I also make sure they’re having fun, feeling loved, and living their best little pet life while you’re away.

Pet care experience
What sets me apart is my experience with pets who need extra patience and structure. I raised a dog from a puppy who had special needs and severe separation anxiety, so I’m very comfortable with routines, behavioral challenges, and providing calm, consistent care. I’ve also cared for a senior dog who required specially prepared meals and close attention to feeding and comfort. In addition, I’ve pet sat for households with multiple animals at once, so I’m organized, attentive, and able to balance different needs. I take pet care seriously and always aim to make animals feel safe, understood, and well cared for.
