Hi, I’m Hannah! I believe the smallest details often tell you the most about a pet. The way they greet you, where they feel safest, what makes them nervous, and what makes their tail wag are all little pieces of who they are. I love learning those details and creating a routine that helps pets feel comfortable while their people are away. I’m especially patient with shy, sensitive, and senior pets because I understand that trust is earned, not rushed. From caring for a senior cat with special needs, to helping a senior yellow lab through his later years, to rescuing my shy cat Darcy, I’ve seen how much patience and consistency can help an animal come out of their shell. I know how important your pets are to you, and I want you to have peace of mind knowing they are with someone who takes the time to notice the little things that make them unique. The way they ask for attention, the places they feel safest, the routines they love, and the little quirks that make them who they are.

When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize keeping their environment calm, familiar, and consistent. I follow all instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walk routines, medications, and any specific care preferences. I make sure pets always have fresh water, a clean space, and attention based on their needs and personality. I am mindful of safety at all times, including leashing for walks, securing doors, and maintaining a low stress environment. I am especially attentive to pets who are shy, anxious, or sensitive and allow them to interact at their own pace. I aim to respect their comfort level and keep changes to their routine as minimal as possible. My goal is to provide dependable, respectful care so pets feel secure and owners feel confident while they are away.

Hannah was wonderful with our dog. She spent a lot of time getting to know our dog and his routine. She made us feel very comfortable leaving our dog with her! She sent great pictures and updates, she also communicated very well!

Hannah stayed at our house with our two dogs recently and did such a wonderful job. From our meet and greet through the entire stay, she was incredibly attentive, professional, and kind. She followed our lengthy instructions, took exceptionally good care of our kind-of-wild curly boys, and left our house in perfect condition. She sent great updates and pictures at exactly the right intervals, and we always felt like the boys were in great hands. Truly couldn’t recommend her more highly. Thank you, Hannah! Hugo and Oliver were so relaxed and happy when we returned home, and we’re all looking forward to your next stay!
