Hanna was the prefect cat sitter for our Luna. Luna is rather shy and usually does not come out for visitors. Hanna was very patient and slowly earned her trust. I appreciate Hanna's constant communication and looked forward to updates and pictures each visit. It was such a relief to know Luna was in good care while we were away. I highly recommend Hanna for cat care.

Hanna went above and beyond, exceeding our expectations for a cat-sitter by a mile! We will definitely go to her first when we are looking for a cat-sitter in the future, and we cannot recommend her highly enough! Hanna was extremely warm, friendly, and approachable during our Meet & Greet, and our cat Ralphie was immediately comfortable with Hanna, seeking out pets and playing with her, etc. It is evident Hanna has a lot of experience with both cats and dogs and that she is sensitive to the varying needs of each individual animal. Hanna demonstrated a huge amount of flexibility during her time pet-sitting for us. Due to an unforeseen situation, we found ourselves looking for cat care last minute, and then found ourselves seeking more visits than initially expected. Hanna enthusiastically responded to our requests for additional help, for which we remain very grateful. Hanna was extremely communicative and clear. She reached out proactively whenever she had questions. Her messages were always prompt, and we received lots of photos and videos of our dear cat Ralphie. Hanna is constantly seeking out opportunities to help out, over and beyond what would normally be expected of a cat-sitter. During her Meet & Greet, she offered to clean up the fir needles that might fall from our Christmas Tree while we were gone. When there was a leak in our living room, she cleaned up all the water proactively on her own. Thank you Hanna!!
