This was my first time leaving my 5 month old puppy and I was very anxious. Hanna made sure that both Chancho (puppy) and I were comfortable. Chancho had an amazing stay at Hanna’s. 10/10 AMAZING!! Hanna truly went above and beyond for my pup, providing exceptional care and support! I was in Ithaca for an intensive week at school, and needed last-minute help with my dog so she wouldn't be stuck in the hotel room all day while I was in class. Hanna responded quickly to my request and was extremely accommodating when school responsibilities extended my dog's care past the agreed-upon timeframe. I received occasional updates and photos during the day, and Hanna was very responsive to any messages. Highly recommend Hanna and her services, and I will definitely be a repeat customer the next time I find myself in Ithaca with my dog! Thanks so much again!!
