This was my first time leaving my 5 month old puppy and I was very anxious. Hanna made sure that both Chancho (puppy) and I were comfortable. Chancho had an amazing stay at Hanna’s. They treated him as one of their own. Overall an amazing experience, I would recommend Hanna to anyone looking for a dog sitter!

10/10 AMAZING!! Hanna truly went above and beyond for my pup, providing exceptional care and support! I was in Ithaca for an intensive week at school, and needed last-minute help with my dog so she wouldn't be stuck in the hotel room all day while I was in class. Hanna responded quickly to my request and was extremely accommodating when school responsibilities extended my dog's care past the agreed-upon timeframe. I received occasional updates and photos during the day, and Hanna was very responsive to any messages. Highly recommend Hanna and her services, and I will definitely be a repeat customer the next time I find myself in Ithaca with my dog! Thanks so much again!!
Hanna was a great sitter. My dog experienced some minor health issues when she was there, and Hana was very understanding.
Hanna took such wonderful care of my anxious rescue dog! She also really came through in a pinch (I needed care for him quite urgently while I had to go away for 10 days).
