I love animals more than humans!
I have 2 lovely fur babies. I love animals and I thought I’d spread my love while providing my fur babies friends to play with. I was a Rover sitter years ago when I lived in the east coast. I haven’t sat since I moved to California. I have a stable job as a patent attorney, so I don’t have to do this but I’d like to resume sitting as a hobby because I truly love dogs. This is why my rate is much lower than other Rover sitters. However, please keep in mind that I will be choosing who I accept very carefully. Please also note that I require meet-and-greet before we commit to sitting. I have a PhD in biomedical engineering. Also, I had received EMT trainings years ago as an undergraduate student. So I feel comfortable providing basic medical care myself. I’ve been treating my own dogs as long as it’s minor (e.g., tick bite, and small accidental cuts). I mostly work from home, so I am home a lot. So, your fur babies will get 24/7 attention. I am allergic to cats, so I won’t be able to host cats.

Hanna was absolutely amazing, I feel so grateful that she was able to step in and help watch Goose last minute when a previous sitter had to cancel. She was extremely responsive and took the best photos of Goose. She made sure he felt welcomed and he had the best time with her!
Hanna is the best host ever! My dog Brady likes her instantly! She took lots of pictures of Brady and keep me posted every day! We will definitely go back to Hanna.
Hanna was an incredible dog sitter. We entrusted her with our dog for 16 days, and within that time she treated our dog with utmost love and care. Our Baxter is a picky eater, and she made sure to keep him fed and healthy, and always updated us about how he was eating, sleeping, and his energy level, all of which were in peak condition for his entire stay. We regularly got gorgeous photo updates, and not only did Hanna take excellent care of our dog, she made sure to stimulate and exercise him. She has welcoming dogs that got along with Baxter wonderfully, and we were comfortable knowing that he was in good hands, and having a vacation all on his own :)
Hanna is amazing and would highly recommend! We received regular text updates and photos/videos from her. I can tell my puppy had a great time and Hanna genuinely loves dogs plus she is very trustworthy - will definitely use her boarding services again!
Hannah was so amazing with our 1.5 year old pup. First she set up time for a meet and greet which I really appreciated! During our pet’s stay with Hanna, she constantly sent us photos and updates. You can tell she truly enjoys dogs and really goes above and beyond to care for them! I’m so lucky to have found Hanna and recommend her to anyone who wants a safe, reliable, and caring sitter.

Schedule
I mostly work from home, so I am home a lot and your dog will get a lot of attention. I am doing this as a hobby out of love for animals.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a house with a front yard, but it isn’t fenced. My house is at the end of the road, tucked away. Your dog will never be in my yard alone. The location is quiet residential area without busy traffic. Cars seldomly go by. I only board dogs. I do not provide sitting at client’s home.
Pets
A typical day
I have 2 dogs of my own so they will have playmates. I provide stimulating activities such as puzzles and toys. I take them to parks such as Point Isabel.
