Pet care experience
Hi! I’m a designer/visual artist who loves animals
I am a Canadian part 2 architect and artist who loves animals. Back in Canada, I’ve had multiple pets throughout my years, including two Cornish Rex cats named Finnigan and Batman, a Weimaraner named Tony and a Greyhound named Holder. Sadly all except Holder have passed away as they were childhood companions. Holder is still kicking, 10 years old and lives a great life with my parents back in Winnipeg. I came to London for school and now to work. I miss the companionship that a dog or cat can give me, but I know because of my line of work I can’t have my own pet here just yet. However, I am ready to take yours under my wing! Over the past 7 years I have overnight babysat on multiple occasions for friends who have German short-haired pointers, chihuahuas, labs, greyhounds, and cats. Additionally, I puppy trained my friends chihuahua/ corgi cross. I am comfortable with all kinds of dogs and cats and am aware that all pets have their own quirks, likes and dislikes. My family dog back home is a stubborn boy who is particular about certain things as he was a racer and crated most of his life. He has taught and trained me extensively in dog behaviour and how to approach new canines! Feel free to send me a message about watching your pet. I miss having my own pets while I’m living in London, so would love to take care of yours when you’re not able.

Safety, trust & environment
I am a patient and loving care giver to animals. As long as I know the temperament of the pet I will adjust my behaviour to make your pet feel as comfortable as possible in my presence. I understand some dogs are more timid while others are more excitable. I have done research and will continue to do research on the breed of dog/ cat you have in order to better understand your pet. I have no problem with taking longer more frequent walks or shorter less frequent ones depending on your dog.
Ratings and reviews
Five stars once again! Hanna’s has been a dream sitter looking after our Labrador Scully today. Thank you for helping us out Hanna and helping Scully recover from her dental work!

Hanna has been taking care of our pup this week while she’s been recovering from having a couple teeth pulled. She’s been attentive, followed all post op instructions and managed to keep a lab entertained without any fetching or tug! Most importantly, she’s paid attention to what our girl needs. It’s a great relief knowing we can leave Scully in Hanna’s care while she recovers.

Hanna takes such good care of my dog baby. She communicates well and is very caring and responsible. She house sits for me too and my place is always treated with respect and clean. Rocky is always happy healthy and clean and well looked after. Thank you Hanna !

We felt very comfortable with Hanna coming round to ours and checking in on Bugsy. Great communication and care :)

Hanna made us feel very calm and confident when she took care of our reactive and sensitive dog Fuji. Excellent communication and left our flat nice and tidy, exactly how she got it. We highly recommend her!

Hanna is super ! She takes really good care of my dog and follows instructions well and communicates well. She is trustworthy and relaxed and I trust her house sitting for me. Thank you Hanna 🙂

Schedule
Currently I am trying to become licensed as an architect. This starts in January so I have most days/nights free. And, even when the program starts I will have free time to get out, walk and pet sit. I am always looking for things to do and dogs to pet.
