What an amazing lady. I’ve been very sick with the flu over Christmas. My poor buddy was begging for a good walk, so I tried the rover app, and found Hanna. I messaged her on Christmas Eve, thinking it was a fat chance anyone would actually answer. She responded to my request right away, and was at my place ready to walk rocky within the hour.
