Hanna is so sweet with my senior dog Fritz and goes above & beyond for him! He can be slow & clumsy but she’s very patient and takes him on long walks then gives him his meds & meal. She is great with my cats too & they enjoy her drop in visits. She is very pleasant to communicate with & keeps me updated on everything. This is my second time trusting Hanna with my pets & I definitely will rely on her again & again! Thank you so much 😊

She seemed great at the meet in greet. Although, I don’t think she handle having two German Shepherds very well. My dog peed inside, which he never has done at my place, sorry about that! Anyway, I was not satisfied by the fact that she couldn’t administer his antibiotics. I suggested several solution but was too frustrated with the other German Shepard, who got himself looked in in her room, to do anything about it. I also think she forgot or didn’t understand the instructions of giving his portion of pumpkin food that I provided. Lastly, I had to remind Hanna a couple of times to send an update on Lotus’s time there. She did however seem to make Lotus very happy it was just me that was anxious by having a late pickup, not having the antibiotics administered, and not knowing at times how he was doing with his stay, paid her extra for a late pick up but because she picked him up late didn’t even need to pay, and on top of that extra ~$27 still asking $5 for cleaning supplies.

Bailey loved Hanna! Hanna showed up on time - an early morning walk - and she and Bailey had a great connection! She took her for a long walk, brought her in and locked up! She shared lots of pics and Bailey had her doggie smile going strong! Thank you Hanna and look forward to booking you again!

Hanna is a true animal lover and great care giver. She has raised several dogs and other animals. She has even been sited on cross country runs being followed by three dogs, three goats and a chicken! Hanna loves and cares for alll animals and they love her.
