During college, I shared an apartment with a roommate who owned a six-year-old Yorkshire Terrier with leg issues. For three years, I was actively involved in caring for the dog. Whenever my roommate was in class or away on holidays, I took full responsibility for his well-being, including feeding, daily walks, and playtime. Given his leg condition, I was mindful to limit his trips up and down the stairs to reduce strain and discreetly assisted in administering his medication when needed, ensuring he remained comfortable and well cared for.

Hanlan and her partner took excellent care of Ruthie, and she was super communicative throughout, from booking all the way to pickup. I really appreciated and looked forward to her updates, because I knew I was going to get at least a couple of sweet photos of my girl! I’ll definitely be rebooking the next time I go out of town.

Hanlan has a very peaceful home. She is able to concentrate on the needs of an elderly, blind chihuahua who was very confused by my having left him when he's not been without me for a few years. She took some great photos of him, and I felt very safe and comfortable leaving him in her home.
Hannah was amazing, this was our first time using Rover and any sitter other than family. Hannah felt like family my dog was immediately comfortable with her. She sent photos, and updates daily. We have found our forever dog sitter
Hanlan was absolutely wonderful!! This was my first time needing a sitter, and I couldn’t have been happier. My two babies had such a fun time. Hanlan was extremely flexible, and was great at communicating. Definitely will be using her again when the next time comes.
Hanlan went above and beyond what I expecting! We left our pug with her for 5 days and she was always sending cute pictures from his day. She took him on long walks, and the dog park multiple days. We really felt Bubz was left in amazing care, and would choose her again next time we go out of town!

Schedule
I work full-time remotely and finish work by 3 PM, giving me plenty of time to walk dogs or play with cats in the afternoons. On weekends, I have even more flexibility and energy to care for pets staying overnight, ensuring they receive the attention and care they need.

I have an extra room that I set up just for boarding pets! It’s quiet, cozy, and gives them a space of their own to relax and settle in. This is especially helpful for shy or first-time boarders. Your pet’s happiness and well-being are our top priorities.

For dogs, I enjoy taking them on neighborhood walks, exploring nearby parks, and playing fetch to keep them active and happy. For cats, I love interactive play with feather wands or laser pointers, and I also create cozy spaces where they can relax or explore at their own pace. Whether it’s energetic playtime or quiet cuddles, I strive to ensure every pet feels loved, entertained, and completely at ease.
