Hello. I want to preface this review with a comment to make your own assessment, the review below is based on our personal experience and being a previous Rover user with nothing but great experiences from past bookings with other Rover sitters. I will note that we did not receive the expected service that should have been provided per Rover's guidelines. I think inexperience and lack of communication from our pet/house sitter was key in our latest service provided. I will not go into the details of our experience, but I will say it was very stressful and left quite a bit to be desired when leaving your pets and home to be taken care of by an employee of the Rover community. We hope that Hanais will be able to learn and grow from this experience and make better decisions for other families going forward.

Schedule
I’m currently working at northridge dignity health as a phlebotomist from 5am-2pm. Typically Monday through Friday although I’m free the rest of the day and on holidays.
