Part-time therapist that loves dogs
I had a German Shepherd growing up whom I adored and cared for extensively. I have also frequently taken care of neighbors' and loved ones' dogs. In 2017, I adopted a German Shepherd/ Great Pyrenees mix, Chloe. We use clicker training and participate in group classes regularly. Her favorite sport is barn hunt! She is also learning new tricks all the time. Her specialties include sit pretty and speak. In June, 2018 we added another dog to our family, Stella. She is working towards her therapy dog certification and currently visits a nursing home through Secondhand hounds. We love going on walks together and exploring dog-friendly stores, patios, and breweries. We would love to make your fur baby as comfortable as possible when staying with us. I work as a marriage and family therapist and have some flexibility in my schedule. I also live with my partner, Nick who helps out and loves our animals too!

We were able to have another relaxing trip out of town, knowing that Elliot was in good hands at Hanah's house! He had a great time :)
We ran into some car issues on our drive back home, and Hanah was very understanding and flexible regarding our slightly later-than-planned pickup. This was very helpful! Elliot, as usual, had a fabulous time. :)
It was too hot to be at the MN State Fair for very long, so we had to cut Elliot's play date at Hanah's short. But he still had a good time, and he's looking forward to his next visit :)

A typical day
We have a 1/4 acre backyard with 6 foot fence great for fetch and chase. We go for leisurely strolls around the neighborhood. We can also do mini training sessions using rewards.
