I work four days a week very close to home and go home everyday to visit my pup at my lunch hour. I am active in the evenings and weekends and love to be outdoors when ever I can. Daily park walks and weekend hikes are a guarantee

With my dog I am persistent and consistent and offer treat and love based reward for a job well done. For instance: Norah gets a dried fish after every successful walk when she does her business outside!

It’s important for me to know your pets schedule and how they communicate their needs. It’s helpful to know of any areas you are hoping to strengthen your dog’s behaviour as-well. I will use your command words so it is good to know how you speak yo your dog. I do not accept dogs who are not fully house trained, sorry no pee pads in my house. My dog is full house trained and having pee pads in the house will risk undoing her conditioning. My rates are not fixed for a small low energy dog or elderly dog rates are $40/day Large dogs with high energy needs $50-$55/day depending on their obedience training All dogs under 2years old are $60/day.
A typical day
Depending on your dogs needs, I will make sure to schedule play time, inside and or outside. Tug a war, tricks and treats, ball at the park or hiking in the woods.

I am a pet lover through and through. My dog Norah is a snug bug and an adventure companion. I a very patient and attentive dog watcher. Whether your dog just loves a warm lap or a run in the woods, I will prioritized their needs. I am flexible with an active pup or a more shy and or protective dog. I am well studied in positive reinforcement and will assist in any areas you are working on with your four legged friends. 🐾 I live close to parks and the sea wall. I frequently visit North Shore trails for hikes and forest waks.

Hana is a loving and caring person who is great with animals. She has fostered and adopted dogs and I’ve watched her patience and care pay off. She is gentle and dedicated to her dogs and I would trust her with my animal no doubt about it.

Hana recently looked after my 7 year old blue heeler Juniper for two weeks while I was in Nova Scotia. Juni has some behavioural issues that makes finding a dog sitter challenging. Hana sent lots of photos during my time away, lots of playing and running in the park and trails. Juni loved Hana and I could tell she was getting the care she needed.
