We’re a caring couple with a shared passion for animals and years of experience providing loving, reliable care. My husband is a veterinarian with over 10 years of experience working with dogs, cats, and other animals. He also has professional dog walking experience with North Shore Dog Walkers, making sure every pup enjoys safe, happy walks and plenty of attention. I’ve been around dogs and cats since I was little, and I’ve always loved taking care of them — feeding, playing, and giving them all the love they deserve. About Us 🐶 About Uggy Animals have been at the center of Uggy’s life since childhood. He has cared for street cats and dogs, parrots, aquarium fish (even piranhas!), water snakes, and has raised many dog breeds including Golden Retrievers, Pitbulls, Rottweilers, and Border Collies. His passion grew into a profession: • Graduated as a veterinarian • Volunteered daily with horses at his university riding club • Worked in multiple animal hospitals • Served as a military veterinarian caring for working dogs • Ran a family farm with sheep and 11 Border Collies & Mangal Fino–type dogs After moving to Vancouver two years ago, he: • Worked at North Shore Dog Walkers, walking 10–12 off-leash dogs daily (over 100 different dogs) • Worked over a year as a veterinary technician in couple of hospitals in Vancouver. • Is preparing for his Canadian veterinary equivalency exams His dream is to open a pet daycare & hotel and animal hospital in the future. ⸻ 🐾 About Halia I (Halia) grew up on a farm, always surrounded by a dog and a cat — caring for animals has been a natural and joyful part of my life. While I may not have years of formal pet-sitting experience, I’ve spent my whole life interacting with animals, understanding their personalities, and giving them the attention and affection they deserve. I also work in a pet-friendly office, which means I’m around dogs and cats every day. I’m gentle, reliable, caring, and committed to making every pet feel safe, relaxed, and loved — whether through cuddles, walks, playtime, or simple companionship. Together, we combine expert knowledge and heartfelt love to make sure your pets feel comfortable, cared for, and loved — whether it’s a walk, cuddle, or playtime.

We couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter for our anxious dog. He has separation anxiety, so leaving him with someone new can be challenging, but they were incredibly patient, caring and attentive to his needs. They took the time to make him feel comfortable, kept us updated throughout his stay, and clearly went above and beyond to make sure he felt safe and settled. It gave us such peace of mind knowing he was in such caring hands. We’re so grateful for the wonderful care they provided and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, compassionate and experienced with anxious dogs. We would happily have them look after him again!

Halyna and Ugur are a great team! They treated our dog Nacho like their own. It was our first time leaving Nacho with someone other than family/friends but their updates/videos and check ins for questions on Nacho’s habits and preferences were key in making us feel at ease and have a stress free trip knowing our furry baby was in good hands! We will definitely be leaving Nacho in their care again!
My Heeler Australian shepherd mix is nervous and doesn’t like many strangers. We met them both and by the end Robin didn’t want to say goodbye!!! Very attentive and listened to all our needs.
Meet both Halyna and Ugurcan for a walk with our dog Skinny before boarding her with them for a few days. They were super friendly with skinny, asked lots of questions to get to know skinny’s behaviour and personality, they made us feel very comfortable to leave our dog under their care. :)

Schedule
We offer flexible availability to care for your pets: Mon–Tue: My husband is available most of the day, he has some dog walking in the middle of the day. Wed–Fri: I work from home and can provide consistent care Saturday: I’m available most of the day Sunday: We’re both off, so we have greater availability and flexibility Whether it’s a walk, drop-in, or extended care, your pet will get lots of attention, love, and exercise 🐾

We provide loving and attentive pet care in ourhome, ensuring your pets feel safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away. We can do boarding, home visits and pet sitting, keeping their routine, feeding, playtime, and cuddles consistent.
A typical day
We’ll have fun based on what your pet loves! For dogs, that might be walks, fetch, or tug-of-war. For cats, we might play with toys, explore cozy spots, or just enjoy some cuddle time. Whatever they enjoy, we’ll make sure they feel happy and loved!
