Why hello there! The Hallie guarantee is as follows: I will give your pet the care, love, and fun that I would give my own. I recognize the stress that comes with trusting a stranger with your pets, and I am committed to providing comfort for both you and your pet. I’ve been taking care of animals since I can remember and have experience with numerous breeds and energy levels.

I get how dogs can feel about a stranger in their home, and same for their owners. I’ll follow whatever house rules you’ve got, and respect your dog’s personal space. I’m working to fully understand dog body language & stress indicators, and how to adapt my own behavior appropriately. I don’t offer boarding services at my home - my dog isn’t dog-friendly. I don’t offer overnight housesitting either - I prefer not to leave my dog overnight unless I can find a sitter for her.

Hallie was all around wonderful! I received many photos and updates. I could tell that my dog felt comfortable and was very happy! I will definitely use Hallie again in the future and be confident knowing that Bo is well cared for when I’m away!
Hallie was amazing! She made it a lot easier to leave my puppy at home while I was away for a work trip. She kept me updated and sent pictures too! My puppy had so much fun she didn’t want to leave. Will absolutely be booking again for my next trip out of town.

Our dog Indi loves going to Hallie’s house! She takes great care of him! He always has a good time! She’s very flexible and fast to respond to messages. It’s so easy to work with her, and she is great with our Indi!
Hallie communicated well and loved on my Angus like her own while we were away. She took him on walks and sent daily updates. I could tell he was totally comfortable with her!
Another great time with Hallie and her roommate’s dog, Taz! This was our dog’s first night away from home. Hallie was super flexible (we got stuck in traffic coming home) and was very easy to communicate and coordinate with. She was so patient with our Indi! She sent frequent updates and pictures to really help put our minds at ease! <3

Schedule
I work from home Mon-Thurs until 3pm but can be available for a lunchtime walk. I’m available all day Fri-Sun. I’m familiar with the requirements of constant attention to pets. I’m on call 24/7 for my 2 year old German shepherd, Mellie. She’s a lovely, amazing high energy working dog with a hefty owner’s manual. I’m used to my schedule accommodating the highs and lows of pet care.
