Availability
I have worked as a waitress for the last 5 years but after suffering a shoulder injury I am currently looking for opportunities to work from home. I am currently only working one day or two out of the week, meaning I have just about complete open availability.

Safety, trust & environment
I do my best to provide a safe environment for all of the pets I chose to bring into my home. I do have camera set up in each of my hall ways and living room where I can watch what my pets are doing while I am awhile. There are few times, if any, when I am not one on one with the animal during their time staying with me unless they personally prefer space but I try and keep an eye or camera on them at all times. Plenty of appropriate toys and treats will be provided. There is a closed off spare room provided for pets that need to be kept separate, as needed case by case. I have a medium sized yard that is not fenced in. For dog cases where appropriate I will bring pet to dog park that is close by. Mainly will be walked on leash on side streets and around the yard. Your pet will be treated as one of my own. I do want to mention 2 flights of stairs are required to get in to the building so while I’ll do my best to accommodate all animals, ones who struggle with stairs and need frequent yard time need to know.

Information Hallie L. would like to know about your pet
It’s important to me to know the needs of each of the pets I watch so if there are any special instructions or needs please feel free to let me know and I will accommodate for them as best I can. I’m familiar with pets with oral medications but can learn other forms as needed. I try my best to learn and adapt and give the experience to special need animals. I’d also mention that I prefer animals up to date on rabies and kennel cough so please let me know whether they are not.
A typical day
I love getting up early and starting my day with a walk and love to have a pal along with me whether it’s my own dog Otto or someone else’s. Usually Otto’s fed in the morning and taken out first things first. Usually he’s taken out to run around the yard every couple of hours or as I see his energy level sees fit for the day. I’m home the majority of the day so he spends all his time with me. Lots of indoor toy playing during the day. He’s fed again around dinner time and then let out for the last time just before bed. Nice days we go to the dog park that’s just down the road or walk around the pond across the street from it. Otto uses a Fi tracking collar that allows me to track his daily activity levels and gps tracking that gives me peace of mind of know where he is at all times. I also can use one upon request for an add on for clients, that allows the owner to see daily step count, sleep activity as well as ensure they know where their pet is located. All for that extra peace of mind.

Pet care experience
I have taken care of a variety of pets my entire life, ranging from cats, dogs, rabbits and other small rodents. I have an open spare room which I use for separate housing if needed for case by case bases. I have three cats and a dog of my own that are spoiled beyond measure but the spare room comes in handy for new friends to be separated.
Reviews

Top notch, punctual and Otto is a great assistant. Theo is a handful at five months but these two were exceptional!

Hallie was an excellent dog sitter—quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and very clear about her availability. She went above and beyond by helping with pick-up from our place, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!
Excellent day stay for my small dog. Great communication. Thanks

Hallie was amazing to work with and took such great care of our dog while we were away! She gave us such peace of mind and will definitely be using her again soon!!!
