Working remotely gives me a very flexible schedule, which allows me to cater to the needs of pets and their owners. I love being outdoors in all capacities. I enjoy walks just as much as our furry friends do! Since I work from home, I can easily stop by for drop-in visits, walks or overnight stays and give pets the love and attention they deserve!

When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat their space and routines with the same respect and care I would expect for my own. I always take time to get to know each pet’s personality, preferences, and energy levels to ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Whether it’s sticking to feeding schedules, providing enriching walks, or giving extra playtime and cuddles, I make sure their needs are fully met. Safety is my top priority—I’m always attentive during walks, avoiding unsafe areas and keeping a close eye on how the dog is reacting to their environment. My goal is always to create a calm, positive environment where pets feel secure and happy in my care.

Before caring for your pet, I love to know as much as possible to make sure they’re happy, safe, and comfortable! It’s helpful to know their daily routine, any quirks or fears they might have (like thunderstorms or certain sounds), how they do on walks, and how they interact with other animals and people. I also like to know if they have any medical conditions, allergies, or need medications, as well as any specific training cues or behavioral habits you’re working on. The more I know, the better I can tailor my care to fit your pet’s unique personality and needs!
A typical day
A typical day with me is all about keeping pets happy, active, and feeling loved! Depending on their energy level and personality, we might start the day with a nice walk or a play session in the yard or park. I love spending time outdoors, so if your pup enjoys exploring, they’ll have a blast sniffing around on our walks or playing fetch or tug-of-war. Throughout the day, I make sure pets get plenty of attention—whether that’s cuddle time, puzzle toys for mental stimulation, or just relaxing together. I follow their normal routines as closely as possible to help them feel comfortable and safe, and I always check in with updates and photos so you know how your pet is doing. My goal is to make every pet feel at home and give them a fun, loving experience while you’re away!

Halle did an outstanding job taking care of our 1 year old pup and our house while we were out of town. She was extremely responsive and sent daily videos and updates! We will definitely be using Halle over and over again!
Halle was so great with our dogs and cats! She kept us updated while we were away on a long weekend and our dogs loved her. One of our dogs is very nervous/ anxious around new people but Halle was great and June warmed up to her within a day. Truly so great and will reach out again for any other sitting needs!
It is always so reliving to come home to a happy pet, and Willow was certainly that when we arrived back from our trip! Halle was an excellent communicator and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. She sent multiple pictures and videos throughout her stay, which is always great to see. I would definitely ask Halle to watch Willow again!
