Availability
I am available every weekday before 8:45 and every weeknight after 5pm. On weekends I have full day availability on Saturday and Sunday. Currently I am a happy lover of my two dogs and cats at home and my cat Tonka Truck. I usually begin my day with feeding and letting them out and repeat that after shifts. Apart from the usual litter box changes and feeding, it’s necessary to give my older dog medication in the middle of the day. These routines fit well in my life.

I care for pets with a high degree of input from clients. While I do have a lot of experience with pet care, it is ultimately your baby and you know your pet best. Any suggestions, rules, and schedules are my privilege to abide by. I cannot care for pets in my own home due to the trauma needs of my own pets, but I am very conscious of house preferences and pet needs in clients’ homes. I am flexible with play schedules and meal times and have become efficient at administering medication from experience with my own dogs. I am also able to meet any sanitation and safety preferences during this time.
Information Halle M. would like to know about your pet
The most important information you can give me is your dog’s background and needs. If your dog needs medication to be administered, is there a method they like best (for my dog it’s a pill hidden in peanut butter) and when should it be administered? If your dog is sensitive to touch, sound, or other stimulation, I will be sure to avoid that. If your pet is wary of other people, I will take special care in my body language and introduction to your home. Any relevant information about play ability and your pet’s background will be a huge help to me when I meet them!
A typical day
I am a big walk (and even run) lover. If your dog loves walks that’s a must. I will definitely play with them and I will protect the favorite toy with my life. If a pet is older or less active, a pet session can go a long way and I am happy to spend an hour or two just sitting with your pet and petting them. That’s an ideal day.

Pet care experience
I have experience with just about every type of pet regardless of age. I have experience with kittens and puppies as well as rescues with high care needs as well as their medication schedules. I began pet sitting when I was very young and have always loved it. I have special experience with caring for dogs with trauma and special situations. It is my privilege to meet those needs.
