Pet care is something I genuinely enjoy and make time for. I structure my days with flexibility, so I can give dogs the attention and consistency they need, whether that’s regular walks, feeding, playtime, or just quiet companionship. Because I work and study from home , I’m able to adapt to each dog’s routine; early mornings, midday check-ins, or evening cuddles. I love creating a calm, safe environment where pets feel secure and cared for, just like they would at home.

I always stick closely to the owner’s instructions and routines, from feeding schedules to walk times to preferred toys, because consistency builds trust and helps pets feel secure. In your home, I’m respectful, clean, and mindful of your space. I’ll make sure your dog feels comfortable, gets plenty of love and attention, and stays well-regulated, especially if they’re sensitive or anxious. If I’m caring for dogs in my home, it’s a quiet and pet-friendly space with no children or other pets, so your dog will get my full attention. I offer a peaceful atmosphere with regular breaks, enrichment activities, fenced garden and cozy rest time. Your pet’s emotional and physical wellbeing is my top priority — I care for them like they’re my own.

Let me know if your dog is not neutered. Or how he is with large breeds. I have a large breed dog at home therefore I do take in males who have not been neutered.
A typical day
Our day will typically start with breakfast followed by an hour long walk at a local park (out favourite is five arches). Then back home for some rest and later on we head back for another hour long walk at a different park. During our walks we like to play, sniff and fetch. At home from our last walk, we will have dinner and relax for the evening:).

Halima is an amazing dog sitter—we couldn’t ask for better. She is reliable and we never had to worry while we were away. We could see when we dropped Poppy off that she was excited and happy to see Halima & her dog Leo. Poppy had a lot of fun, and clearly was living her best life :) Halima kept us updated, which we really appreciated. It just makes the whole experience stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with the care Poppy received from Halima. Halima kept us updated and we received photos so felt at ease while being away knowing Poppy was being looked after. Poppy didn’t even look back at us when we dropped her off so it was clear she felt very comfortable with Halima and her dog Leo.
