Whether your pet has four legs, feathers, hooves, or a little bit of an attitude, I’m happy to help! I’ve grown up around animals my whole life and have a particular soft spot for the ones who need a little extra patience. I’m calm, consistent, and pretty good at winning over nervous animals without forcing it. I’m comfortable with big dogs, tiny dogs, cats, farm animals, and pretty much anything in between. I’m also happy to house sit even if your house doesn’t come with pets—I’m an avid reader, so I’m perfectly content to hang out, keep things tidy, and make sure everything is taken care of. I work school hours, but I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and house sitting outside of work. I recently took a little break from Rover while moving and getting settled, so my response rate looks a little sad right now 😂 but I’m back and excited to start filling my calendar again! When I’m not working, I’m usually reading or exploring somewhere in beautiful Vermont. I’d love to meet your crew!

Photos and Contact: If requested I do keep owners updated to their comfort level, if not requested I try not to message too much so that people don't have to be on their phones constantly when away. I love taking pictures and will always send at least 2 pictures per day.

Haley is a really kind and patient person and she took the time to play with my cat and give her extra attention when she had to be left alone. I would not hesitate to have her come take care of my cat or dog again.
Haley is the best! She always provides great updates and is so patient with Boone - can’t thank her enough for being so good with our son.
Haley was a wonderful sitter- sent us pictures all weekend! We came home to a clean house as well, which is always so appreciated after a trip! Thank you for caring for our dogs, Haley! We will absolutely want her back again in the future.

Schedule
I am free full time at any distance June to late August. During the school year I am only available outside of school hours (7:30am to 3:00pm)

- Before caring for a dog, I find it essential to know their medical history, any health issues, and their daily routines, including feeding and medication schedules. Understanding their unique personality, likes, and dislikes helps me create a customized and comfortable experience. Knowing their favorite toys, games, and how they respond to commands allows me to bond with them and make our time together enjoyable. Additionally, being aware of their level of socialization and any potential triggers helps me create a safe and stress-free environment. Having contact details for their owner and vet ensures I can address any concerns promptly and provide the best care possible.
