I grew up in a family that was constantly rescuing animals. Growing up I had several different breeds of dogs, cats, birds, snakes, rabbits, and a few other animals and I love caring for all animals. I have experience with just about every size dog, puppies/kittens, senior dogs/cats, and animals that need medications administered. I work remotely, which leaves my schedule open for pet sitting. I am extremely detail oriented and always make sure to follow any instructions left to keep your pet happy and your home taken care of as well. I would love to know in detail what your expectations and requirements are for your pet's care. In addition, I'm happy to do other tasks to keep your home up and running while you're away such as watering plants and bringing in mail. I limit the amount of clients I accept at a time to ensure that your pet receives the focused individualized attention they deserve. I also always send daily updates and pictures for your peace of mind. I volunteered and fostered for Furever Friends in NC and have cared for many pets with medical needs. I'm always happy to watch dogs, cats, birds, guinea pigs, snakes, fish and just about any pet. Let me know if you have any questions! Safety, trust & environment
Safety is first when I am providing care in your home. I keep an eye out for situations that may harm your animal and correct them by myself if possible. If I am unsure if I should proceed or how to proceed, I will contact you for further instructions. I will ensure that your home is protected and that you return to a home that is as clean as you left it with your pets happy and in good health. I keep foods and any cleaners that may harm your pets out of the way, and that if there are activities/ spaces that are off limits to your pets, I respect these requests. Unfortunately, I don't provide boarding options since I can't have more pets in my apartment, but am happy to come to your place for drop in visits or overnights.

Haley stayed at our house for a week to watch our 2 fussy senior dogs and it all went great! Haley was patient with them, communicative and took great care of our dogs- I highly recommend Haley for dogs walks and house sitting!

Haley was great! My cat has an autoimmune disease and I was nervous about leaving her over vacation but Haley made me feel very comfortable. She made sure Ziggy took her medicine and sent lots of pictures!
I felt very confident leaving my two canine family members with Haley while I was away. She took great care of them, and all of us were very pleased. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Schedule
I work remotely and can make my own schedule, so I can easily fit pet sitting into my daily routine. I do travel regularly, so I may not be available for ongoing visits always, but try to keep my calendar updated.
