Haley went above and beyond when my dog stopped eating while we were gone. We are so grateful!

I specifically booked and paid for one-hour visits instead of the standard 30-minute visits because my cats enjoy spending time outside in our secure, fenced backyard and covered patio. That extra time was the main reason I chose this service. On the very first visit, I was told the cats didn’t stay outside very long because it was raining. However, I checked my security cameras afterward, and it never rained during the visit and even if it had sprinkled or rain they like watching the rain from the covered patio. The next morning, my cats’ feeding routine was also not followed. Their wet food, which is supposed to be served at dinner, was given at breakfast instead. Cat owners know how important it is to maintain a consistent feeding schedule. On subsequent visits I was told they had been outside, but my alarm system’s door activity doesn’t show the exterior doors being opened during visits at all. That immediately made me question whether I was receiving the service I paid for. Communication throughout the booking was also disappointing. I received very little information or updates about my cats, and there were very few photos, which is something most pet owners appreciate when they’re away. I hired a pet sitter because I wanted someone who would carefully follow the instructions I left, spend the full amount of time with my cats, and provide honest communication. Unfortunately, my experience fell well short of those expectations, and I cannot recommend this sitter.

My dogs rarely like new people so I was concerned about how they would act but they immediately liked Haley upon meeting her and they were well behaved during my 3 days away from home. If I ever need another sitter for them, I would definitely try to book Haley again, she was great!

Haley stayed with our dogs over a long weekend and sent regular updates. They got lots of walks and cuddles and were well taken care of!
