Haley was absolutely incredible. I’ve used Rover many times, and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we connected, she was professional, kind, and attentive. She asked thoughtful questions about my dog’s routines and quirks, and it was clear she genuinely cared about getting everything right. Throughout the stay, she sent consistent updates with pictures and little notes that showed she was paying real attention. My dog looked happy, relaxed, and totally at ease with her, which says everything. When I got home, my place was spotless, my dog was calm and content, and it was like I’d never left. Haley went above and beyond in every way. she treated my dog like her own, kept everything perfectly organized, and made the whole process effortless. If you’re lucky enough to get her as your sitter, don’t think twice. She’s exceptional.
