I currently work part time at a coffee shop. My hours shift between working mornings, and working evenings. It makes it easy to fit pet care at the start or end of my shift, or a wonderful way to fill my days when I’m not caffeinating the town.

I primarily do drop-in visits! In your home, I will do my best to keep the exact routine you do, to disrupt your pets life the least possible. Walks, backyard turn out, dog parks-whatever your furry family member is used to is what I want to do.

I like knowing what makes your special pet tick-what do they love, and what they don’t. Do they have quirks I need to know about? Won’t eat unless I’m in the room? Reactive to other dogs when taking a walk? Do they crave a patio hangout and company? Let me know and I can accommodate. Our pets are as unique as we are.
A typical day
I try to make up for the fact that their people aren’t home and make it as fun as possible. Walks where they can get energy out, “sniffaris” where their brain can engage with their environment, hide and seek the treat, puzzle toys, tug and throwing balls, snuggle time and cuddles…it’s all about it having positive experiences and finding a healthy outlet for energy.

I started pet sitting neighborhood pets when I was in middle school, and continued that love of animals through life long horseback riding and pet care. I worked in a veterinary clinic for almost a decade, and have years of experience as a foster. I have always had a pet (usually multiple!) in my home-is it really a home if there isn’t dog and cat hair in it?
