From Boxers to Bunnies-Pet Care
A little about me… I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life and have experience with pets of all sizes and temperaments. I grew up with larger breeds like Boxers and now have two English Cocker Spaniels, along with my mom’s corgis! I’ve cared for even small animals like bunnies! I started pet sitting at 12 and have continued ever since, so I’m very comfortable reading animal behavior and understanding their individual needs. I know that every pet is different, some need frequent walks and bathroom breaks (like my small doggies!), while others prefer a more relaxed routine, and I’m attentive to those differences. Having grown up in New Canaan, I’m familiar with the area and the types of routines and care local pet owners expect. Whether your dog needs long walks, structured care, or just some extra attention while you’re away. Happy to discuss with you what your pet needs are!

I prioritize creating a safe, calm, and trustworthy environment for every pet in my care. I pay close attention to each animal’s routine, behavior, and comfort level to make sure they feel secure while you’re away. I’m experienced with pets of all sizes and understand the importance of things like proper leashing, secure doors and gates, and supervised play at all times.

Haley was fantastic! She sent photos and updates each day and Wilma seemed to have a great time with her.
I cannot recommend Haley enough! She has watched and walked my dog Ryder numerous times and I know I can always trust her. She always sends updates and check ins which makes me feel safe knowing my dog is ok while I’m away! She is also super flexible and has been able to help out when I’ve had last minute plans.
Haley is my go to for watching my dog. She is reliable, and truly loves my dog (almost as much as I do). I used to be so anxious about being away from my dog until I found her. I know I am leaving my dog in good hands and she gives me updates and pictures to ease my anxiety. Thank you Haley for all your help!! You are amazing and I hope all the pups and dog parents on here can get to experience the same!
Haley loves all animals! She is reliable, a great communicator, and caring. Haley took care of my pitbull puppy who has had anxiety. Haley took care of her with ease and reassured her with such care. I will without a doubt hire Haley to dog sit again!
Haley is one of the most organized, determined, and responsible people that I know. She would be an excellent caretaker for anyone’s pet. She’s grown up it’s dogs her whole life & would create a fun and safe environment for anyone’s pup!
Haley took care of my senior dog while my family was away on vacation for two weeks. He needed medication and a special diet, and she handled all of his accommodations with grace and ease, allowing us to travel with peace of mind. We will always rehire Haley when we need someone to dog sit our baby.

Programa
I work from home, which allows me to be very flexible and attentive throughout the day. Your pet won’t be left alone for long stretches, and I’m able to provide consistent supervision, bathroom breaks, and attention as needed. I especially love caring for puppies and more active dogs. I’m happy spending time walking in the morning, mid day, and evening to ensure they stay active!
