Hi, I'm Haleigh! I can't wait to meet you and your pets! I have been a dog owner for 11 years. Basil and I have lived with both dogs and cats throughout the years. I've consistently taken care of my friend's/ roommate's pets while they went out of town. I feel comfortable taking care of pets of all breeds and sizes! I'm also able to care for multiple dogs in a household, making sure that each pet feels loved. I'm here to provide all of the care, love, and walks that your pets need while you're away. *schedule* I'm currently working part-time, so I have a pretty flexible schedule! I also have reliable transportation so get to your home. I'm currently living in Kailua. *Safety* Safety is top priority for me! I have extensive experience handling leash reactive dogs. I use treat based rewards to help reactive dogs feel safe by creating positive association with their environment on walks. I'm constantly scanning for potential triggers so that I can maintain a comfortable distance on our walks. I will always double check that harnesses/ collars are secure and that gates & doors are closed/ locked. *Typical day* A day with me balances physical activity, mental stimulation, and a ton of belly rubs! I love to allow dogs to go on "sniff walks" to reduce their stress and leave them feeling enriched! I like to change up their route of walks to provide variety to their walks. *Important info* I would like to know everything to ensure your dog is feeling safe and happy! * Socialization and leash styles * Health and medical history * Special care required * High value treats * House rules
