I booked drop-in visits for 10 days and I had to cancel after 3 days because she wasn't arriving on time even though I SPECIFICALLY asked her if the scheduled time (10:30 AM) worked for her, since my cats are used to have their wet food in the morning. Her response was yes. On the first day, she was like 3 hours late and stayed for only 15 minutes, despite the booking specifying that the visits were to last 30 minutes. By the third day, it was already 4:00 PM and she wasn't responding to my messages, until I finally reached out to Rover. Not reliable if you are on the other side of the world and need someone to take good care of your pets.

I did not have a good experience with Hajir. I have used rover a hundred times with Moose in multiple different city’s. I booked her because the reviews she had said she had excellent communication. My experience was I didn’t hear from her for 3 days. When she did get back to me she just said my dogs urine was yellow but other than that he was doing great? It turns out he was sick and she was too afraid to tell me. I dropped him off completely healthy leading in to the stay so I was concerned if he had gotten giardia or another parasite because she was watching other dogs at the time. This also wasn’t communicated to me, usually Rover’s ask if that’s ok. For a week and a half his stay with Hajir, Moose had diarrhea and was vommitting every hour. We did not get any sleep. I took him to the vet the day after I picked him up and spent $200 to find out that he tested negative for parasites but had stress colitis meaning he was so stressed out at her house he made him self sick. I don’t know what went on inside that house but I dont recommend, Haijir. I feel bad leaving this review, but I have used so many Rovers in my day for Moose and he has never ever had this reaction. I also have never experienced such poor communication.

Hajir was very kind to my dog, who came home from daycare quite happy and excited to return in the morning. Sitter was easy to schedule with, friendly, and very responsive.

Hajir was very communicative, prompt in responses and sent updates and photos. She took excellent care of my dog and took him to the dog park as well (with permission, ofcourse!). My dog hey was really happy when I picked him up. Highly recommend and will book again.
