Hi! I love all furry friends (cats & dogs). I’ve been caring for cats for about 9 years and really enjoy spending time playing with them. I also love going on walks with dogs, it’s always more fun with a companion 😊 I’m patient and attentive, and I always try to make pets feel comfortable and cared for. I follow each pet’s routine and the owner’s instructions closely to make sure they feel comfortable and safe. During visits, I provide fresh water, proper feeding, and keep their environment clean. I also spend time playing with them or keeping them company, depending on their personality. I pay attention to small details and their behavior, so I can notice if anything seems off. I also send updates with photos and videos so you can feel at ease while you’re away.

Haiqiao truly went above and beyond to care for my two cats — I genuinely could not have asked for anything more. She informed me of any time constraints in her schedule and communicated my cat's daily behaviours wonderfully. I got so many pictures and videos everyday, she managed to painted an accurate picture of her interactions with her daily Rover report. She spent time at my house everyday making sure all tasks were completed, and took initiative to become friendly with my cats. My cats who are usually scared of strangers never hid from her, even at the meet and greet — I think she truly has an energy that allows your fur babies to lower their guard around her. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is very anxious like me, you can leave your fur babies with her with no worries. As soon as I saw how comfortable they were around her, an instant wave of relief hit me.
Our family has used Haiqiao's services twice and we are always impressed with both her care and professionalism. We love her daily updates, photos and videos so that we can see our old cat and know that he is doing well. Will continue to book Haiqiao's services in future.

We entrusted our cat Ben to Haiqiao for a week while we were away, and she truly went above and beyond. From the very first day, Haiqiao made us feel completely at ease with her thoughtful communication and genuine love for animals. She provided daily updates without fail, detailed written messages about Ben's mood, appetite/thirst, and any funny quirks, along with adorable photos and short videos that captured the best moments. Seeing our cat waiting for belly rubs was such a comfort while we were traveling. Haiqiao is reliable, warm, attentive, and truly exceptional with cats. We’re already planning to book her again for our next trip and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. Thank you, Haiqiao!
Haiqiao is responsible, on time, and has been great with my dog Donny. Donny is a rescue and was shy and protective at first but Haiqiao has been great with him since then. He is also very active and she has handled him very well. Thanks so much for taking care of Donny for me on such long walks! It's a great comfort to me that I can rest my feet!
She's amazing—my cat loves her! She really really pay attentions to the details and super friendly. Highly recommended : )

Schedule
Pet care fits well into my routine. I work from home with a flexible schedule, which allows me to plan my day around visits and give pets the attention they need. I’m consistent and reliable, and I make sure each visit is part of my regular routine.
