Very disappointed with this experience. My dogs were left alone for over 14 hours, and I had to ask a neighbor to step in and feed them. I had clearly requested they not be left alone for more than 10 hours, which was acknowledged. One of my dogs has Addison’s disease, so consistent care is essential, which was communicated in advance. She also states in her profile that she is a vet assistant. Despite this, instructions were not followed, including missing their bedtime snack, and breakfast was delayed due to a late morning return. Her last visit was around 6 p.m. the evening prior, and I only learned after reaching out at 7:15 a.m. that she planned to leave her location at approximately 8:50 a.m. to come to my home, resulting in a long gap between visits. Overall, this did not meet basic expectations for reliability, communication, or following care instructions. I would not recommend for pets requiring consistent or medically attentive care.

Haily was an amazing sitter! She took such great care of our pups and sent a ton of pictures. She took extra care of our pup that had a cast on during the pet sitting. 10/10 would 100% book again.
