I absolutely love animals (of all sorts)! I have been working at kennels and dog daycares for over three years now, including Hyline Hotel for Dogs Puget Hound, Tails-A-Wagging, and Hot Dawg Pet Care. I currently have three regular daycare clients that I see throughout the week, I am accepting up to two more dogs at the moment. I have experience administering medication of all sorts (pills, eye drops, inhalers), as well as with dogs with special needs. I am certified in dog bite prevention, dog behavior/body language, and canine communication. Animal care is truly a passion of mine! Work long and/or odd hours? No worries at all, I am very accommodating and flexible, including very early morning drop offs or late evening pickups! I have a separate studio detached from the house where I do all of my dog care. It’s set like a living room, complete with a TV, couch, and heater/ac, and it has direct access to our large, fenced in backyard with plenty of foliage to explore. When your pup is with me, I spend the entire time getting to know them, they always have my full, undivided attention. I am happy to provide treats, toys, beds, enriching snacks, and more! Please let me know of any dietary restrictions, I am happy to accommodate any preferences. I provide daily communication and pictures, showing you what your pup has been up to that day. Growing up, I had two great danes and two pugs. I now have 7 pets of my own, 3 chickens, 2 cats, a Russian tortoise, and a frog, so I am very well versed in animal care of all sorts! I am very passionate about animals and providing care for animals. I personally feel like we are our pets whole lives, we’re all they’ll ever know, so I strive to provide the best care for all animals in my care!

Hailey did a great job petsitting our dog and our two kitties while we were out of town. We chose her to sit for us because of her experience with high-needs dogs, and from the moment she met our anxious rescue pup we knew she would give our dog the patience and love he needed. We had a great time on vacation knowing she was there. Hailey has great communication and positive energy. 5 out of 5 would recommend!

hailey did a great job taking care of our senior pug and all her idiosyncrasies. hailey ahd to administer several medications that go along with elderly dogs and handled everything with ease. first time using rover and the system worked great. will definitely utilize the services again in the future.

I have a separate studio detached from the house where I do all of my dog care. It’s set like a living room, complete with a TV, couch, and heater/ac, and it has direct access to our large, fenced in backyard with plenty of foliage to explore. I have lots of experience with lots of different breeds and temperaments, and I am more than willing to adapt to whatever works best for your pup! My main goal is to keep your pets happy, healthy, and loved! I also have experience working with exotic pets, I personally have owned rats, frogs, fish, and reptiles.

A typical day
I love to practice training/tricks and play things like fetch and tug-of-war. I really enjoy focusing on basic obedience and simple training, and incorporating those fundamentals in our day to day activities. There’s so many nice parks in the area for dogs for walks, and beautiful lakes for swimming! Mental stimulation is just as important as physical exercise, if not more important. Food toys and puzzles (lick mats, snuffle mats, kongs, etc.) are some of my favorite things to prepare and use! We have a huge backyard (1/3 of an acre), we’re in a very walkable neighborhood, and we live super close to a beach, so we have lots of opportunities to get the wiggles out! I have lots of tricks up my sleeves to keep your dogs entertained :)
