From the very beginning, it was incredibly clear that she has a natural affinity and deep love for animals. My cat, who can sometimes be a little shy and hesitant around new people, warmed up to her almost instantly. It gave me immense joy to see how much my cat genuinely loved her company. She didn't just come in, scoop the litter box, put down food, and leave; she took the extra time to truly engage, play, and cuddle with her, treating my pet as if it were her own. One of the things I appreciated the most was her outstanding communication. She was super responsive to all of my text messages, which provided me with a high level of comfort. Every single day, she sent me the most wonderful pictures and detailed updates of what they were up to. Seeing my cat looking so relaxed and happy in those photos meant the world to me. Throughout my entire trip, she never gave me a single reason to be worried. For the first time in a long time, I was able to completely disconnect and actually enjoy my time away with total peace of mind. Beyond taking phenomenal care of my cat, she also took excellent care of my place. When I returned home, my house was exactly as I had left it: clean, tidy, and perfectly maintained. It is incredibly rare to find someone so meticulously responsible and very trustworthy to let into your personal space while you are out of town. She is an absolute gem, a true professional, and a lifesaver for any anxious pet or anxious pet parent. Hailey loves animals. And they love her!!! Hailey pet sit for me for a year and a half at least twice a month. She’s great with both cats and dogs equally. And I know she’s had guinea pigs and fish to take care of as well. She was willing to stay at the house when we were gone. And we felt safe with her in the house. She is responsible and a go-getter. She also has a positive/peaceful attitude. She is good with directions as well as being coached on how you might want something done. I would recommend Hailey for all your animal needs.

Hailey pet sat my cat for more than a week and it went very smoothly and with no issue! Very communicative and attentive to individual pets needs and behaviors and takes the time to understand pets routines and habits!
