I have loved everything furry, scaley, and feathered since preschool. I have cared for dozens of dogs throughout my life, including my current rescue Douglas. I have cared for my parents elderly pups since high school, and have a firm grasp on high-needs, whether it be specialized food rituals, medication administration, or a higher level of patientlce and understanding for behavioral concerns.

Hailey did so well with Iggy that she had no issues playing with the other dogs and having fun despite being a very timid dog. Even got a really good portrait of Iggy, really going above and beyond for her.
Blitz enjoyed his stay, soon as he got home he was ready to settle in for the night! Thanks for being flexible with scheduling and taking care of him. Looking forward to book again :)
Harley cared for our Chi when we were on vacation. She followed every instruction and beyond, updating us every day with plenty of pictures and videos - he had a blast! I would absolutely recommend her and let her watch our baby again.
I would definitely recommend Harley as a responsible and loving caregiver, she has never shown anything but love for animals. She understands both an animals needs and how to care for them.

Schedule
I am currently a full-time artist, meaning I or my partner are always available for furry friends. Your pet will have around-the-clock care in my home.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced yard, as well as a lead if your pup is an escape artist. I currently have one dog and two cats within the home. I have space accommodation for a crate if needed, as well as having a few of my own (2 medium crates as well as a fenced inside enclosure if your pup likes to extra room if you would prefer a pup to be crated at all during their stay. For kitties, we have a designated guest cat room equipt with two cat towers, two litter boxes, and many comfy spots.

A typical day
I have many different dog toys in the home, mental stimulation toys, and outdoor toys to play with in the fenced yard. I can also take them on lengthy walks with or without my other dog, Douglas. If your dog is high energy, I know a few hike spots and dog parks around town that I'd love to bring them along to!

- Our pup Douglas is very high energy. Please let me know ahead of time your dog's energy level so I can plan accordingly. I can provide separate potty breaks and areas in the home if your pup prefers a calmer atmosphere. If your dog is a known escapee we have a lead in the yard if needed. I also have a variety of different kennel sizes if you would prefer your pet to be kenneled in the evening, otherwise they have many comfy spots in the home to rest!
