Safety, trust & environment

Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness are our top priorities. We provide a calm, structured, and impeccably clean home where dogs are always supervised and cared for with intention. To ensure a truly personalized, low-stress, luxury experience, we limit the number of dogs in our care. We typically host just one client at a time, if you have multiple dogs, we’re happy to accommodate your family together. We never exceed three dogs total, including our own, so every dog receives dedicated attention, comfort, and care. Dogs are never left unattended for long periods, and all interactions, whether with our dog Paris or my children, are closely monitored to ensure safe, positive experiences. Paris is well-trained, gentle, and accustomed to being around other dogs. We take time to understand each dog’s routine, preferences, and temperament so we can provide a consistent and comfortable stay. Feeding schedules, exercise, and any specific instructions are followed closely. Our home is designed to feel like a second home, not a kennel, where your dog can relax, feel safe, and be genuinely cared for. ***We take trust and safety very seriously and are committed to following your dog’s routine as closely as possible. This includes accommodating any feeding method or dietary needs, whether that’s raw food, fresh or home-cooked meals, kibble, or more specific requirements like low-protein or other restricted diets. We carefully follow your instructions to ensure consistency, safety, and your dog’s overall well-being.*** We also provide regular updates and photos so you always feel connected and confident while you're away. We understand how important it is to feel completely comfortable with who is caring for your dog. When we've have used Rover for Paris, we always appreciated the opportunity to meet beforehand, so we are more than happy to offer a meet-and-greet prior to booking. This gives you the chance to see our home, ask any questions, and feel confident in the safe, calm, and personalized care your dog will receive while staying with our family.

Information Hailey & Kristopher T. would like to know about your pet

To ensure the best possible care and a smooth, safe stay, we like to learn as much as we can about your dog ahead of time. Here are a few important things we ask all pet parents to share: • Feeding routine (type of food, schedule, portion sizes, and any dietary restrictions or allergies) • Daily routine and energy level (how active they are, favorite activities, nap habits) • Sleeping preferences (crate, dog bed, free roam, or specific routines they’re used to) • Behavior and temperament (with people, children, and other dogs) • Training level and commands they know (and anything you’re currently reinforcing) • Any anxieties, triggers, or things that may cause stress • Medical needs (medications, past injuries, or anything we should monitor) • Bathroom habits and schedule • Emergency contact and vet information The more we know, the better we can tailor their stay to feel familiar, safe, and truly personalized. Our goal is to create a seamless experience for both you and your dog, so they feel completely at home with us.

A typical day

Every day is designed to feel fun, structured, and comforting, just like home, but with a little extra love. Mornings start with a walk and fresh air, followed by breakfast and some relaxed time to settle in. Throughout the day, we mix in outdoor play, enrichment, and rest depending on your dog’s energy level and personality. We have a doggy pool for warmer days so they can splash, cool off, and enjoy time outside safely. We also love adding special touches to make their stay feel extra fun and pampered like homemade dog treats, we love our peanut butter and greek yogurt goodies, occasional dog-friendly “ice cream,” and enrichment activities to keep them engaged. For stays longer than 3 days, we include a brand-new toys just for them to enjoy and take home. Afternoons include another walk or play session, followed by downtime and plenty of snuggles. Evenings are calm and cozy, with a consistent routine to help them wind down. We also provide clean, soft, snuggly blankets so they feel safe, comfortable, and right at home. Every dog is treated like part of our family, with lots of love, attention, and personalized care throughout the day.

Luxury Care in a Family Home 🐾

Pet care experience

My husband and I have been around dogs our entire lives and have hands-on experience caring for them in a home environment. Currently, we have a large, professionally trained dog who has helped us develop strong skills in structure, consistency, and understanding dog behavior. She was trained through 6 months, and we continue to reinforce that training daily, so I’m very comfortable with commands, routines, and maintaining a calm, well-balanced environment. We have experience with: • Large and high-energy breeds • Maintaining feeding schedules and routines • Reinforcing basic training and good behavior • Reading dog body language and temperament • Creating a safe, calm environment for multiple dogs For us, safety and attentiveness are second nature. We are always present, aware, and intentional about making sure every dog in our care feels comfortable, secure, and well looked after. Your dog will never feel like they’re in a kennel they’ll feel like they’re part of our family.

It's always hard traveling knowing part of your family is left behind. Our Golden is not just a pet, but an extension of our family. Finding Hailey was a blessing. She provides us with frequent messages of our dog Sprites adventures and sends us pictures of all the fun he's having. I've used Hailey's pet service twice now, and Sprite couldn't be happier knowing he was about to spend more time with their dog Paris. Hailey, as well as her husband, and children treat our dog like he is part of their family. I would highly recommend Hailey for your travel needs.

I can’t say enough good things about the care my Pomeranian received. She’s a bit older and requires a little extra attention, including medication, so I’m always cautious about who I trust with her. From the moment she arrived, it was clear she was in incredibly capable and caring hands. What really stood out was how intentional everything felt. She wasn’t just being “watched”, she was truly cared for. She got to spend time with their dog, Paris, who was the perfect companion and made her feel comfortable right away. It was obvious she wasn’t just passing time, she was actually enjoying herself. She was walked, gently engaged, kept on her routine, and her medications were handled without any issues. But beyond that, she was genuinely pampered. You could tell she was treated with a level of care and attention that goes well beyond the standard. When I picked her up, she was calm, happy, and clearly well taken care of. If you’re looking for someone who treats your dog like their own, and then some, I would highly recommend them.

Hailey is the most loving and positive person you will find. She will make sure your dogs feel like part of her family every minute they are with her. She has treated my baby (12 year old Lab, Oakley) as one of her own. With needing two meds twice a day and need lots of love, I know and trust he is getting what he needs when he is with Hailey!
