Hello, my name is Hailey and I am 26 years old. I’ve always had a huge love for all animals of all sorts and sizes. I have cared for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and small animals. I myself have 2 well behaved dogs around 3 years old and have a bird, but I’ve owned many different reptiles, and of course have had my fair share of small animals growing up(who hasn’t!). I have volunteered at the woods humane society where I have acquired many professional skills as well as some good pro tips on how to properly handle an animal that has a heavier weight. I’m very comfortable around all animals and know my way around potentially nervous habits and I’ve had experience with dogs needing medicine administered and have a little experience caring for a dog with diabetes. All around I think I have the skills and the compassion it takes to give your fur baby a dang good time! I also worked as an assistant manager at a family owned pet shop where we took care of a wide range of animals, caring for their needs as well as making sure they are handled and ready for forever homes! Hailey is amazing! She communicates so well! Makes me feel really good since my dogs are my babies. She is so sweet and nice! My dogs loved her and she did a wonderful job with my dogs. When they came back from their walk you could tell they loved it. She took so many pictures of them which I LOVE! I would recommend her to anybody!

Schedule
I am a stay at home mom to a beautiful 2 year old girl and am pregnant with my second so I’m often just home or running small errands so my availability is wide open ! I know what you’re thinking, pregnant and with a toddler!? But I promise after having my first I’m convinced I can do anything and at this point I’m very good and knowing what I can and can’t handle so please don’t be afraid to reach out ! This has been a perfect and very fun way for me to make some extra money for my family and have been doing it for 10 years, I don’t think there’s a better side job out there for a stay at home mom like me !

I currently have 2 dogs and a bird and a snake who are apart of my family ! The bird is caged when other animals are in the home and the snake is upstairs so no worries with either of them ! I used to house sit for a couple who had two dogs and two birds and two cats ! It was quite a zoo but it was so fun ! So I’m used to taking care of many animals at once and have experience in many areas including reptiles !

A typical day
I have a park across the street and love to go on walks and there is also a dog park if owner feels comfortable with that. I live in a townhome so I don’t have a fenced back yard but it’s a great little neighborhood for a couple laps around the place as well as a close neighborhood to extend walks !

- If there’s any special care I’m definitely up for it but would love a heads up so I can make sure I’m as prepared as possible ! Any special requests or if there is medication involved it’s best for me to know ahead of time so I can make sure I’m fully equipped! I have had experience with giving medication orally with both birds and dogs and cats! Shots I’ve only given to snakes but feel comfortable if I’m shown where !
