Hailey is an exceptional pet caregiver who truly treats your pet like family. My one year old dachshund Bruno, is usually terrified of strangers and hides behind me. We scheduled a meeting so he could meet Hailey, and he immediately warmed up to her, let her pet him and even placed his paw on her foot! I knew right then he was in perfect hands. Hailey is incredibly thorough about asking about your pet's needs, organized, and maintains a securely gated, safe environment. She kept me updated daily with photos, eating habits, potty routines and more. Bruno bonded with her quickly and never left her side during his stay. Due to travel delays, I had to extend my pickup time on very short notice. Hailey was so accommodating, it was a huge relief after the stress of traveling. I had no worries during Bruno's time with Hailey, except how much Bruno will miss her until he sees her again :) Also, I have seen Hailey's pet portraits and she's exceptionally artistically talented as well! Bruno boarded with Hailey, and she is also available for in-home care. I cannot recommend her highly enough, any pet that gets to be in Hailey's care will love their time with her.

Hailey is an excellent caregiver. She is kind and attentive to all animals that she interacts with. I have observed her persisting first hand for several years. She is thorough and consistent in pet handling. She has a keen sense of animal emotions and knows how to calm even the most anxious.
