Pet care experience
I have been taking care of dogs and cats, and housesitting since I was in high school from family pets, to neighbors', to my boss’s, and most recently to petsitting for my community in Seattle. I have experience taking care of older dogs and puppies, big and small. I am more than happy to feed, play with, exercise, and bathe pets. My dog at home was 16 when she passed and I took care of her for most of her life, which included bathing, meal prepping, grooming, and giving her medications along with all the love and pets she deserved. I am a dog-lover at heart, but truly adore any animal. I am brand new to living in Freiburg, und mein Deutsch ist langsam, but I would love to explore more of the city and nature while helping take care of pets. I currently work part-time from home, so my schedule can accommodate any tasks and time requests.

From our first message on, we instantly felt comfortable letting Hailey take care of our dog. Although he doesn´t trust easily, Hailey and her fiancé are calm people that quickly won our dog´s trust. Also, Hailey was very responsive and kept us updated. We would alway choose her again if needed!
Hailey was easy to communicate with and seemed to get along well with my dog, who is sometimes nervous around new people. I felt comfortable leaving him with her and would definitely book Hailey again!

I would greatly prefer to know the breed, age, and personality of the pet beforehand. Additionally, I am happy to help with grooming and medications, but would like specific instructions before.
A typical day
I live in the Stühlinger, so I would love to take them for long walks around the Stadtgarten and Schlossberg, play catch on the Seepark fields, or take strolls throughout the neighborhood. For cats and stay-at-home pets, I love to read, lounge around, and drink tea so would be happy to spend time with them.
