Absolutely lovely my rescue dog had a great time!
We had such a great experience with Hai for Polo’s first daycare day. She took excellent care of him and kept me updated with photos and messages, which really reassured me. Polo was happy, relaxed, and well cared by her. Hai is kind, professional, and truly loves dogs. I highly recommend her and will definitely use her services again.
Very grateful and impressed with Hai Rong, we needed a day sitter at the last minute, and our pupp needed extra attention because he’s nervous in new environments, but Hai Rong did an amazing job to make him feel comfortable. She sent us updates and photos throughout the day, and you could tell our dog Kobe was in a calm/good environment. Definitely recommend
Hai Rong has looked after Batty a few times and has always been amazing. This time, she watched Batty for 10 days over both Christmas and New Years. I was on a trip out of the country and Batty got sick. Hai Rong updated me urgently on the situation, monitored Batty, and also agreed to take her to the vet or animal emergency if her condition got worse. Having Batty in Hai Rong’s care made me feel at ease and I knew she was being taken care of very well. Batty is always very happy to see Hai Rong and she loves staying with her. Definitely the best pet sitter I have ever come across and I have complete trust with her. Thank you for always taking such great care of Batty!
Hai did such an amazing job taking care of Billy! 🐶 From the very beginning, I could tell he was in great hands—she was attentive, responsible, and truly caring. Billy can be a handful sometimes, but Hai made sure he was happy, comfortable, and well looked after the whole time. I really appreciated the updates and attention to detail, which gave me total peace of mind. It’s clear she treats pets like her own, and Billy absolutely loved her. I work from home, so your dog won’t be left alone or stuck in a crate all day. Whether it’s playtime, quiet cuddles, or just someone nearby to keep them calm and happy, I’m always around and fully present. I’m available for both weekday and weekend boarding, and I never overbook — because I believe every pet deserves one-on-one attention.

If you live nearby, I’m also happy to help with things like walks, litter box cleaning, or drop-in visits while you’re away.
A typical day
I take the time to get to know your pet’s personality, routines, and needs. Some dogs love fetch. Some just want belly rubs. Some are shy and need a gentle, quiet approach. I adjust to what works best for them — so they feel understood, not just watched.
