My very particular, moody cat absolutely LOVES Hadley - it’s such a relief leaving him in her care knowing he’ll be well cared for and happy

Hadley was super accommodating and made things very easy!

Hadley took great care of our cat during a last-minute 10-day trip! We appreciated her making the time to stop by before the trip to meet us on short notice. We came home to a happy cat and our home in good condition. :)

Hadley was great with communication and my normally shy cat seemed to get along well with her.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with Hadley’s level of care for my cats while I was away. I let her know when she arrived that we have cameras in the apartment to keep an eye on the cats, and I saw a few things while she was cat sitting that I found really upsetting. 1. The biggest issue was that Hadley never stayed for the entire 30 minutes. It was typically only 20 minutes, in one instance only 10 minutes. It was very disappointing, as my cats are used to being around people and were clearly very starved for human attention. 2. She did not clean one of the two litter boxes, and their water bowls were completely empty. There was a water fountain, but it was getting low. One litter box is easy to overlook, so I can move past that, but the water bowls were sitting in plain sight. 3. Hadley also did not play or interact with the cats almost very much, other than feeding and taking pictures. 90% of the time, she ignored them, sitting on her phone or laptop, even when they came up to her. To be fair, she did provide multiple pictures in each report and was quick to respond to messages. That was appreciated. Overall, I was very disappointed in Hadley as a cat sitter and will not be hiring her again. If you do decide to hire her, make sure expectations are clear upfront.
