I was so grateful to both Gwendolyn and James for the kind and attentive care they gave to both of my senior cats over the Christmas week. They were excellent.
We were so grateful to have Gwen and James stay with our two cats again while we were away for 5 days. This was their second time with us, and once again they went above and beyond. It’s such a comfort knowing our cats are not only cared for but also genuinely loved—Gwen and James even mentioned how much they enjoyed spending time with them, which means the world to us. Both of our cats were happy and relaxed when we came home, and it’s clear they feel comfortable and safe with Gwen and James. Communication was excellent throughout our trip, with thoughtful updates that gave us total peace of mind. We would absolutely recommend Gwen and James to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving pet sitter, and we look forward to booking them again in the future!
We couldn't be more pleased with the care our two cats received during our week away! Gwendolyn and James went above and beyond to make sure our fur babies were comfortable and well-looked after. They kept us updated with regular photos and messages, which gave us peace of mind the entire time. Our cats were happy, healthy, and relaxed when we returned — a true sign of how much attention and love they received. I am one to worry a lot about our fur babies while being away! However, after recently being away for two weeks, leaving the care of our two cats and our home to Jim and Gwen with ABC Pet and House Sitting, I was worry free. They were diligent in taking the time everyday to ensure our cats were well taken care of. They played with them, kept up with the litter box and treated them like they were their own while making sure my houseplants were well watered. They communicated well from the start of our first in person meeting and didn’t mind to stay connected sending pictures and texts while we were away. When we had a period of hard rain, flooding and hail, Jim made sure that the house was well protected and kept an eye on the prevention of any possible damage. It was a worry free vacation knowing that things most precious to us were well protected!
Gwen and Jim have taken great care of my cats. They loved the cats and the cats loved them. They where very happy cats even I got back home. Will definitely have them again
