We couldn't be more pleased with the care our two cats received during our week away! Gwendolyn and James went above and beyond to make sure our fur babies were comfortable and well-looked after. They kept us updated with regular photos and messages, which gave us peace of mind the entire time. I am one to worry a lot about our fur babies while being away! However, after recently being away for two weeks, leaving the care of our two cats and our home to Jim and Gwen with ABC Pet and House Sitting, I was worry free. They were diligent in taking the time everyday to ensure our cats were well taken care of. They played with them, kept up with the litter box and treated them like they were their own while making sure my houseplants were well watered. They communicated well from the start of our first in person meeting and didn’t mind to stay connected sending pictures and texts while we were away. When we had a period of hard rain, flooding and hail, Jim made sure that the house was well protected and kept an eye on the prevention of any possible damage. It was a worry free vacation knowing that things most precious to us were well protected!
Gwen and Jim have taken great care of my cats. They loved the cats and the cats loved them. They where very happy cats even I got back home. Will definitely have them again
