Hi! I'm Gwen, an experienced and compassionate pet caregiver with a lifelong love of animals. Before getting my own dog, Hugh, in 2023, I spent many years caring for my family’s dogs and cat, as well as pet sitting and dog walking for a variety of pets, including turtles and even a snail! With Hugh, I’ve done extensive positive reinforcement training and brain games, experience I’m happy to bring to your pet too. I’m an avid walker and runner, and would love to take your dog out for anything from a relaxed neighborhood sniffing walk to a few miles of running. Cat parents are in good hands too! I’m a proud cat aunt and love getting my cat time in whenever I can. Whether your pet is shy, playful, energetic, or snuggly, I’ll tailor my care to their needs and personality. I can’t wait to meet your furry friends!

I am very committed to positive reinforcement training, and use treats and verbal cues to help shape a dog's behavior. As someone with a naturally shy dog, I have respect for any pet's needs, whether they need some space or would prefer petting and attention. I care for all animals as I care for my own beloved dog!

Gwen is fantastic! She took my dog Ted—sweet, goofy, proudly lazy, and extremely food-motivated—on phenomenal walks and sent a ton of great photos with clear, thoughtful updates. Communication was easy, scheduling was a breeze, and she was perfectly on time. Highly recommend!
