Gustavo was an absolute lifesaver taking care of our dog Cyber during the Christmas holiday! We were worried about leaving him over such a busy time, but Gustavo went above and beyond to make sure Cyber felt loved and comfortable. He sent us regular updates with adorable photos and videos of Cyber playing, cuddling, and even enjoying some holiday cheer – it really put our minds at ease while we were away celebrating with family. Cyber came home happy, tired from all the fun walks and playtime, and clearly well-cared for. Gustavo was professional, communicative, and genuinely passionate about pets. Gustavo took care of my Dobby very well. He sent me daily pictures and made me feel secure with the daily updates. He is also very flexible and accommodating with schedules and understood my 1 hour delay on flights. So I recommend Gustavo and I will be using him again .
Gustavo took care of my 2 cats for about 3 months. They didn’t want to leave! They were well taken care of with new toys and enrichment options. He also helped me find products that they enjoyed using while in his care. I plan on using his services in the future.
Gustavo was absolutely great with my two Dogs. Harry and Berkley had a great time. Gustavo went above and beyond excellent care of my Dogs making them comfortable, safe, and well care. With this actions Gustavo had show me his love and have he truly care about animals. He give me peace the entire time that I was away and my Dogs stayed with him. I would definitely trust him again.
