Safety, trust & environment
Your dog’s safety and happiness are everything at our Sharon home. Our big backyard is fully fenced, so your pup can run, play, or just chill while we keep an eye on them. A double-gate setup makes sure no one slips out during drop-offs or pick-ups. We take feeding seriously, giving each dog their morning and evening meals separately, closely monitored to match their routine and keep them healthy. Your pup can hang out on our deck or in the backyard, where we do meet-and-greets to show you the space. They’ve also got access to our cozy main floor for naps or downtime, with the temperature just right. Fresh water is always out to keep them hydrated. Our place is set up to be a secure, welcoming home for your dog.

To keep our home safe and fun for every pup, and in compliance with Ollie's Law (Massachusetts' Act to Increase Kennel Safety), we ask that your dog meets these requirements: * Gets along well with other dogs and people. * Is house-trained, in good health, well-groomed, and has trimmed nails. * Is free of fleas, ticks, or other parasites to keep everyone comfy. * Has up-to-date vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and bordetella, with a current rabies vaccination certificate provided for our records. * Has a current individual town dog license, with proof (like a photo or license number) provided for our records. * Arrives wearing a collar with attached rabies tag and town license tag. These steps ensure all our furry guests have a great time in our care and help us meet state standards for safety and health.
A typical day
Each day at our Sharon home is crafted to match your dog’s unique energy and personality. For boarding pups, we start with a carefully monitored breakfast to keep their routine on track, with fresh water always available to keep them happy. Mornings come alive in our big, fully fenced backyard, where your pup can play tag, romp with other dogs, or sniff every corner—whatever sparks their joy. Midday offers a cozy break on our main floor, where your pup can curl up in a comfy spot for a nap before jumping back into afternoon play in the backyard. As evening rolls in, we shift to cuddles and gentle indoor fun, like nose work or a puzzle game, to help them unwind. Boarding dogs get their dinner served separately after daycare, ensuring they’re content and ready for a restful night’s sleep.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Full Time Pet Caretaker
Pet care experience
Dogs are truly at the heart of our family! We've got years of hands-on experience with pups of every size and personality, and we've built a cozy, secure spot where dogs can just be themselves, whether they're here for daycare, an overnight stay, or something else. I'm a full-time dog caregiver, and my partner Marian pitches in from home, so your furry friend gets endless love, engaging playtime, and attentive care all day long. Our two little guys, ages 3 and 7, are gentle dog-savvy but spend their days at school during the day. Then there's our dog Ollie, our 9-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer—he's a total goofball who's bounced back almost entirely from spine surgery back in 2023. We’re so proud of him!. These days, he likes taking it easy and hanging out on his own, but he meshes well with other dogs. Our place in Sharon has this awesome, fully fenced backyard that's perfect for playtime, sniffing around, or just lounging while we keep an eye on things. Need a brisk walk, a quick drop-in to check on your pup, or even house sitting so they can stay comfy at home? We've got you covered and always customize to what your dog needs. We like to keep things small scale, so snag your spot early—especially around school holidays, breaks, or summertime! We treat every dog like one of our own, creating a warm, family feel where they can relax and feel safe. Every booking kicks off with a casual meet & greet so we can chat, get to know your pup, and make sure it's a great match. Drop us a line to set one up!

Reviews

Rexy had a great time with Gus and Marian and all of her new best friends, while my husband and I were on vacation for 10 days. We received updates every 1-2 days including pictures and video. Rexy is still a puppy and learning her manners, but upon pickup we could see that she was better socialized as she crawled up to Gus's young son for pets. We also noticed improvement on her "here" command. We had a hiccup at drop off and would recommend improved communication/backup communication in the future.

Amazing care for my dogs and home! Gus is the one you want for all ur dog needs! Don’t miss a chance to book him as he is truly the best!

Gus did a great job keeping our dog happy and safe! Thank you Gus!

Gus is a wonderful and conscientious dog sitter. Our dog loves Gus and his family!!
