I was honestly pretty skeptical about using Rover for the first time. Trusting someone you've never met with your pet is a big leap, and I was nervous from the moment I booked. But from our very first interaction, my sitter completely put my mind at ease. They were professional, kind, and communicative. I received regular updates, photos( amazing photos) and messages that reassured me my pets were being well cared for. It made such a difference knowing I didn't have to worry while I was away. When I came home, my pups were relaxed and happy. It honestly felt like they had been cared for by a trusted friend rather than someone I had just met. thank you for doing an amazing job !!!
